Comments made in brackets are corrections from other visitors. As such, any aggressive/abusive corrections (and I get quite a few) written as if they're comments I've made myself will be ignored. To submit your own corrections for mistakes, just click the edit icon under an entry, then choose "correct entry". Some entries have "duplicated entry" after them - these are entries which were already listed on the main page, but were submitted again. I occasionally leave these online for a while, just in case they were moved in error, so don't worry about pointing them out to me.
In Season 1, Episode Nine, Dexter is in the hospital and the doctors say there are complications because he has lost so much blood. Later, it is revealed he has a very rare blood type, AB-. It is true that this is the rarest blood type in most populations but I remember learning that AB blood types are the "universal acceptors" because they have no antibodies and can therefore accept A or B type blood. Of course it is preferable to give him the correct blood type but if it was really urgent shouldn't they give him any blood he could accept? [AB+ blood is the universal recipient, not AB-. People with AB- blood can only receive A-, B-, O- or AB- blood type.]
