In Season 6: "I Was A Teenage Taylor," Randy, played by Jonathan Taylor Thomas, gives out candy to two trick-or-treaters, who are dressed up as Simba from The Lion King and Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story. In the Episode "Stereo-Typical" where Tim is explaining the stereo system to Jill, Jill is reading a book with the title "The Great Divide". The camera goes back and forth to Jill and Tim and on the 3rd come back to Jill, the cover is gone. [Meaning Jill removed it and we didn't see her do it. There is no cut, just a jerky camera pan, and thus no time between takes and no continuity error.]
On the show, "soda" is usually offered when asking if someone wants a drink. In Michigan we always refer to any carbonated drink as "pop". Maybe transplants might say soda, but if Tim and family have been there their whole lives, they would drink "pop". [What a family or person might call something is not solely determined on their location. Certain words like "pop" may be more commonly used in particular areas but it is not a mistake to call or refer to it by what youpersonally consider to be the uncommon term.]
In the episode with the rope swinging at the beginning when Tim has finished rope swinging he lifts is head a little, on the overhead shot you see the stunt mans face instead of Tim Allen's. [This submission is far too vague. Without the episode title or at least some indication of which episode this is from, the mistake is impossible to check or view.]
When Tim is ordering the pizza and the snake comes out of the light for the first time you can see a finger push the snake out. [I watched this episode today, and I never saw a finger.]
In the first season of the show, the phone changes 3 times. One time it is just a white phone, then it is a blue phone, then it is a white phone again with the numbers on the side. [It is possible that they got new phones. We went through a 6 month period in my house where we kept breaking phones and went through about 9 of them.]

While trying to explain to Jill about how he went to the ballet and the basketball game, Tim says "basketball way" or something that sounds similar to that instead of "basketball game". [He deliberately made his speech unintelligible, so that Jill would think that he said 'Ballet'.]

If the race driver guests were a surprise for Tim, why did Michael Andretti say that he followed Tim's instructions? [The drivers were a surprise for the viewers of Tool Time. Many "we have a surprise" show segments in real life TV are for the viewers with those for the presenter(s) typically unannounced.]
When Tim shows Al's Mom's "shoes" they are both for the left foot. [That was intentional. He is always making fun of Al's mom being, well, odd.]

When Tim gets on the steam roller, he is wearing the arm sling. Next shot, and for the remainder of the scene, it is gone. [While Tim was on the steam roller, he took off the sling.]
Tim hot wires Jill's car after she takes the keys. The car starts right up after a few wires are crossed. It's a manual shift car so the clutch would of had to been pressed down for the engine to crank over or else the car doesn't do anything. [Many cars with a manual transmission allow you to start the car without pressing on the clutch, as long as the transmission is in neutral.]
