Continuity: Dr. Cox's stethoscope is hanging down more on his left side, but when he walks around to J.D. it is now hanging evenly around his neck.

Continuity: The woman in the wheelchair that Dr. Cox claims is dead is wearing glasses in some shots but not in others.

Continuity: When JD says it might be a penny blocking the door the Janitor says "If it's a penny in there, I'm taking you down" while placing his screwdriver on JD's shoulder. When it cuts he places it under JD's chin.

Continuity: In the apartment there is a cardboard box on a table, with a strip of blue tape on it and a tube of paper sticking out of it. A few shots later another strip of blue tape suddenly appears on the box and the tube of paper has vanished.

Continuity: When Elliot enters the guys apartment, she is startled by the dog, and she then walks in, leaving the door wide open. When J.D. goes to pick up the dog the door is now shut.

Visible crew/equipment: When Elliot turns to the lady sitting in the chair and says "so, when's the baby due?" a large green tape marker is blatantly visible on the floor behind her.

Continuity: During JD's lunch with Turk and Todd his chocolate milk moves from his tray to the table between the closeup shots.

Continuity: In the apartment, when they decide to watch "Fletch", there is a yellow cushion under J.D.'s right arm, sitting on the sofa. But it disappears between shots.

Continuity: Dr. Cox throws his white coat on the table and sits down, when he starts talking to Elliot the coat is now missing from the table.

Continuity: When Dr.Cox is Talking to Elliot before she leaves the room her name tag flips over and back again.

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where JD and Elliot are treating a patient and JD says "It's the closest thing I had to a date recently" the microphone pops into screen from above at least two times.

Continuity: When J.D. picks up the granddaughter to blow out the candles on the cake, there are 3 candles placed at the front of the cake in the camera close up, but there weren't any before he picked her up.

Continuity: When Turk and Elliott are in the line at the cafeteria, you can see that Turk has two plates on his tray and Elliott has a juice box on her tray. When they turn around at the end of the line Turk has just one plate on his tray and the juice box on Elliott's tray is also gone.

Continuity: While Turk is talking to Carla the clock behind Turk changes from 1:18 to 1:25 back to 1:18 and then to 1:32 in a minutes time.

Continuity: When Turk operates on JD he cuts open the left side of his abdomen. However, when JD is in recovery the bandage is on the right side of his abdomen.

Continuity: When Carla says "If I wanted his ass kicked I'd do it myself" and Todd makes the cat sound, Turk has his arm on the couch behind Carla's back. When it cuts his arm is gone. He couldn't have moved it that fast.

Continuity: When Dr Cox is sitting on the couch talking to Elliot, a clipboard suddenly appears in his hands.

Continuity: When Turk, JD and Carla are talking in the staff room, Turk's brown lunch bag and grey jacket switch from his left to right hand between shots.

Continuity: In the opening scene outside the hospital, Turk's sandwich turns around in his hands between shots, then keeps changing back and forth.

Continuity: When JD and Carla are talking at the nurses' station, the red folder moves along the counter top in an instant between shots.
