Digging assistance wanted!

If you've never heard of digg.com, you really should check it out - it's a ridiculously popular news aggregation site, with loads of interesting stuff listed. It's so popular that a posted article getting a lot of votes can do wonders for a site's traffic, so please take a few minutes to check it out and sign up, then please befriend me on it (my user name's jonsandys) and keep an eye on any stories I post. It won't happen all the time, and I'll return the favour for any links you want dugg too! Having a decent-sized group of users supporting a site's links can bring in a huge volume of traffic, and in an ever-expanding internet moviemistakes needs all the traffic it can get! Thanks...

New site - Poll the Other One

I've put together a new site based on an idea that's been buzzing around my head for ages - Poll the Other One. You can create your own polls (for text and images), ranked lists, or rate images in a variety of categories, with a message board for each poll. You can even create limited-access polls so only people you invite can vote on them. It's early days so there aren't that many entries yet, but please take a look, have a play, add lots of polls, and let me know any suggestions you might have...

Mailing list

There's now a moviemistakes.com mailing list - not entirely sure what to do with it yet, but enough people have asked over the years that it's probably worth doing. At the moment my thoughts are to send something out every week or two, highlighting the biggest new entries on the site, any site news, mistakes in current releases...things like that.
