This page is for questions relating to a specific movie/TV show. If you have a more general question, ie. you can't remember the name of a movie, or want to know how an aspect of filmmaking works, check out the general movie questions section.
These are all the unanswered questions currently listed on moviemistakes.com. Got a question about a movie/TV show that the IMDb or Google can't help with? You can submit them in the same way as you would a mistake - just click "submit something" on the left when you're on the relevant film's page (if you want to submit for a film I don't have listed, click it when NOT viewing a specific film), and write your question in the box, being sure to change the type to "Question". I'll post it ASAP and hopefully someone will answer soon! Members get e-mailed when any of their questions are answered.

| Rebel Without a Cause | When Jim and Judy are talking in the driveway, Jim's car radio is on. The D.J. announces that someone has phoned in a dedication, "a new version of a rhythm & blues classic." Does anyone know what song this is? (It sounds familiar but I just can't place it.) And is this symbolic of anything? Is it just a coincidence that someone named Buzz dedicated a song to a Jim, or is this something Buzz's friends did to send a message to Jim? I've wondered about this ever since I first saw this movie at the theater in the '50s. Many thanks in advance for anyone who can fill me in. | Answer |
| Les Rendez-vous d'Anna | What is the song that Anna sings to the man in the bed? Is it a real song, or was it made up for the film? I thought it was really nice but I could not find anything on Google when typing in the subtitled English lyrics. | Answer |
| Ringu 2 | Is there any significance to the fact that during Sadako's final appearance, her face resembles the clay recreation the doctor's made of her head? | Answer |
| Robin Hood: Men in Tights | During the prison scene (after Robin's tongue is stretched), one of the guards says something. Robin asks what, and the other says "You don't want to know." Was something actually said, or was it just gibberish that we're meant to think was Arabic? | Answer |
| Robocop 3 | I remember there being a trailer for an Anime film (possibly series) on the video release of this film. What was its name? There was a bit in the trailer where one character asks another, "Why'd you do it?! You picked the lunch hour to fight bad guys!" | Answer |

| Rock Star | What kind of car does Chris drive at the beginning of the film? | Answer |
| Rocky Balboa | There is a scene where Pauly jokes with Rocky about wearing a sign with 'punch me' written on it for 5 bucks a punch. Is this a reference to another boxing movie 'Crying Fist'? | Answer |
| Rocky V | At the end of the movie after Tommy knocks Paulie to the ground, George Duke pulls Tommy away and yells something at him. It is right before Rocky says "Now you knocked him down, why don't you try knocking me down now." He is saying it way too fast so it is hard to hear him. What does he yell at Tommy? (and its not "save it for the ring" like an earlier answer stated. it was something else). | Answer |
| The Rookie | Whatever happened to his little brother? He is shown eating in the first scene when they decide to move, but never mentioned, seen, or heard from again. | Answer |
| Rush Hour 2 | Who is the drop-dead beautiful stewardess that brings Carter his "kosher" dish as the two stars are coming to L.A.? | Answer |
| Sabrina | How long was Sabrina in Paris? | Answer |
| A Scanner Darkly | I kinda understood the scramble suits that they would wear in the movie to keep their identity secret but I do not understand exactly how they would help. If you had to walk into the office every morning (it would have to be a high security area they worked in) where you would have guards/security and id cards and such to get in, people would know that you worked there simply by watching you entering and leaving the building. The only thing the suits would help with is at public speakings but all they really seem to do is keep your coworkers guessing who you are. You see "Code name guy" walk into room then "regular guy" walk out. Not very hard to figure out. Anybody with a little insight please explain. | Answer |
| Schindler's List | This film, surprisingly, has a reference to two other films: "Citizen Kane" and "Grave of the Fireflies". However, I can't find out what and where the references are. Can someone tell me what they are and how far into the movie they appear? | Answer |
| Schindler's List | At the beginning of the film, the song played in the restaurant when Schindler arrives is "Por Una Cabeza" (the same tango of the movie True Lies). Is this some kind of Spielberg complaint with Argentina due to the many nazi members hidden in this country after the war? | Answer |
| Scream | Is there really a deleted scene (I don't know if it's on the DVD or not) where Tatum says that Stu isn't good in bed? | Answer |
| Scrubs | My Kingdom: In this episode, I was wondering how they actually created the portrait of Kelso? Is it actually a genuine portrait of the actor (since surely this would have been very expensive and time-consuming), and if so what happened to it after filming? Or was it created from a photo of the actor, or entirely computer generated? I appreciate that there are a lot of different ways they COULD have done this, just wondered if anyone knows how they actually DID do it? Thanks. | Answer |
| Scrubs | All of series 6: There is an episode in season 6, not sure what it's called, but it's where Laverne is either dead or dying and Elliott and Keith have lots of sex to cheer themselves up. Elliott is wearing a beautiful bra with a big bow in between the cups. Anyone have any idea where I can get it from? Thanks a lot. | Answer |
| Scrubs | Across whole show: What is the name of the song playing in the background when Carla says goodbye to Laburn? | Answer |
| Seinfeld | The Susie: Where can I download the background music from George's answering machine? (I know it's the theme from "The Greatest American Hero", but I don't know where I can get the version that is fast and without vocals.). | Answer |
| Sense and Sensibility | At the very beginning of the movie, Marianne is playing a song and Elinor asks her to stop, so she starts playing some other mournful tune. What are the two songs? It's not "Weep you no more" or "Father's Favorite," (which Elinor never asks her to stop playing). | Answer |
