Just before the T-1000 crashes the truck into the bridge and the following shot you can see briefly that it is a dummy in the drivers wheel. The most noticeable difference is the dummy has black hair compared to the T-1000's brown hair. See more...
Trivia
Early in the movie after the chase, between Arnie and John (riding a bike) and T-1000 (in the truck), the truck explodes. Arnold then aims his Winchester, waiting for the T-1000, but he does not come out of the fire and Arnold puts the gun down without looking. The Winchester passes so closely from John's head that you can see it brush his hair. In another take, he actually got hit by Arnie - he's said so in interviews. See more...
Terminator 2: Judgment Day
Continuity: Towards the end of the film, when the T-1000 controlled police helicopter bears down on the SWAT truck, Sarah tries to gun it down and the T-1000 returns fire. Look carefully at the shots of the back of the SWAT truck, and notice that the bullet marks made by the T-1000 on the closed door keep changing between shots.
