In the scene where Shrek, Fiona and her family are dining, when Shrek and Fiona's father start to bicker and angrily eat their food, they both go for the pig in the middle of the table. This should have been impossible as the table in other shots is shown to be too long for either of them to reach considering they are both sitting at opposite ends. Trivia
The first time Shrek enters Fiona's bedchamber, while she is talking to the Fairy Godmother, he starts to pack her stuff. Look at the poster on the wall. It features a blond singer, a dark-haired "guitarist" and it says "Stonehenge." A reference to the film "This is Spinal Tap" (1984), where a rock band with a blond singer and dark-haired guitarist play their hit "Stonehenge." See more...
Shrek 2
Continuity: During the first night in the castle, Shrek walks to the door of their room and his ears wilt. In the following pan shot to the king's balcony, his ears are standing up again. There is no time in which he could have voluntarily changed them.
