Mistakes
In the scene where John, Sarah, and The Terminator are in the Cyberdyne building. They have just come down in the lift into the lobby where the SWAT team are waiting and firing gas cylinders. Arnie says his "I'll Be Back" and walks out of the lift. The SWAT team issue various instructions, then say "Ok - drop him!". Now - look carefully. The second they start to fire, look at the SWAT member who is furthest to the left and standing up. If you look right by his shoulder as soon as they start firing, what looks like a crew member walks into the scene, with his hands in his pockets! See more...
Trivia
So that he didn't have to use a split screen, director James Cameron hired twins to play the security guard and his T-1000 double at the hospital. Linda Hamilton's twin sister Leslie Hamilton Gearren was used in the scene where the T-1000 is disguised as Sarah, although as the focus is on the T-1000, in those shots Linda Hamilton plays the robot with her sister playing Sarah. Terminator 2: Judgment Day
Revealing: When the aqueduct chase has finised, and the T-1000 strolls out of the fire, You can see that the semi is hardly burning in the background. Now, considering that the semi has just violently exploded, and the small bridge it just crashed into was nearly flattened, it seems odd that it shouldn't be burning (very tricky to see, best use zoom in).
