Mistakes
When the 'snow ram' loses power and stops, the crew jumps out to see what has happened. The snow surface behind the ram is undisturbed and trackless, as if the ram has been stationary long enough for its tracks to be erased. Battlestar Galactica (1978) - The Hand of God (S1 E24)
Deliberate "mistake": When Apollo lands the Cylon fighter aboard Galactica, the view forward from behind he and Starbuck is a reuse of the same shot from the prior episode when they landed a shuttle aboard Celestra. Note the headphones they wear, then don't wear in the very next shot.
