Hi. May be wondering why this new area exists.
Firstly, because I've added all the films in Up and Coming and Recent Releases into the index that STP did - they weren't there before, so the index now covers all the movie-related topic areas, so it seemed reasonable to have the index entirely seperate, rather than tied to one of those areas.
Secondly, we discussed the possibility of having multiple indexes. I'm going to leave STP's old index in place, because it's quite good for just browsing down if you're not looking for a specific film. I'm going to do a new alphabetical one which you'll see shortly, which will hopefully be a tad quicker when looking for a specific film (and which will also be far easier for me to add films to - scrolling through nearly 350 different films to find the right place to put a new one can be a pain). Having a genre-based index has also been mooted - if somebody fancies spending some time putting something like that together, I'll happily help out. So this area can act as a location for any additional indexes that people might fancy the idea of having.
Anyway, that's why it's here... _________________ "If we're going to die, let's die looking like a Peruvian folk band." |

Oh YAY! The Index Rocks...I was going to look for Star Wars in the Specific Movies thread but decided to test drive the new system. Came here, clicked on S and discovered there was a link to "Star Wars Series" (only Sith had it's own movie thread) and when I clicked it I found myself in General Movies-- The index saved me much time and frustration!
Thank you Tail!!
