The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

Glitch: When magnetic ceilings are found, and you fly towards the ceiling, while in midair, pause and take of the iron boots. You will be able to walk without iron boots.

Glitch: If you save while in the cannon room and load the game again, you will be unable to progress any further. The reason for this is that you cannot warp out or leave the room because it says Shad is still in the room with you. But he is not actually there, so it is impossible to ask him to leave, leaving you stuck in the room.

Other: In Kakariko Village, all the signs surrounding Malo Mart (once it opens) claim that it is open 24 hours a day, yet visit after dark and the door is locked.

The game was originally going to be released on the GC alone, but when they decided to put it onto the Wii, they noticed the Wiimote was meant for you to use your right hand to swing the sword and not your left. So, since the game was just about completed with all the maps and stuff very close to completion, they mirrored the entire game to fit the Wiimote.

In Twilight Princess, any time you run and mount Epona from the rear, you will get a speed boost that let's you go faster at the beginning without using any of the speed spurs (in OoT and MM, the speed indicators are carrots, but in TP, they are spurs).
