Glitch: When playing "Bulls On Parade" when Casey Lynch's mouth opens, you can see through it.(mainly in Mitch's Moose Lodge).
Factual error: It says "Anarchy in the U.K" was made in 2007, yet it was really made in 1976. If it was because they re-recorded it, then it would say "Talk Dirty To Me" was 2007 because Bret Michels re-recorded that too - either way there's an inconsistency.
Glitch: You can see, during some songs, when the characters bend down, their leg goes through the guitar(mainly Slash).
Glitch: When you're battling Lou on expert, do nothing but strum until you lose, then go to tutorial at the game over screen, play it until it says "lesson complete", then pause it at the next fret board and exit. After that go back to the battle and he will be on easy difficulty.
Audio problem: There are a few extra notes added to the guitar intro of "Holiday In Cambodia".
Factual error: Dead Kennedys don't use the article "The" in their name.
