Any where once you get the wind waker, take it out. Switch to 6/4 time and move the c-stick like this: up, up, up, center (take finger off c-stick), down, right, right, left, and you should hear, in tempo, the "joyful all ye nations rise" passage from Hark the Herald Angels Sing.
