Throughout the game, you can find intelligence hidden in the levels in the form of a laptop. In the level all ghillied up, it says in the intro that this level takes place 15 years ago. This game was released in 2007. 15 years ago from that would be 1992. In this era, laptops like the ones used as intelligence did not exist. See more...

Call of Duty 4 - 13 cheats
For the PC version cheats, enable the console from the option menu. Press the tilde key (~) to drop the dev-console. Type "seta thereisacow 1337" and then press enter. Type spdevmap bog_a and then press enter again. This will start the game with cheats enabled. Then when playing, drop down the dev-console and enter the following codes, pressing enter to activate them.
