On the level called 'Tree Top Trauma' if you go up the slope at the start and jump the gap and then grind the pole, if you fall correctly which I think is to the left whilst you are grinding you will do the weird arm thing that Ricky Gervais does in 'Extras'. It is not exactly the same and I don't think it is meant to be there, but it does look like it.
