Factual error: In the level St. Francis' Folly, which plays in Greece, there are 4 rooms that are supposed to be connected to Greek mythology. The rooms are called 'Neptune', 'Atlas', 'Damocles' and 'Thor'. However, Thor is actually a Nordic God and Neptune is a Roman God.

Continuity: In FMVs, Lara has long hair in a ponytail, but in-game, her hair is short and tied in a bun. This is due to the fact that at the time, generating a moving ponytail for Lara in-game would take up too much memory.
