Continuity: In the police station the window that Nemesis broke through in Resident Evil 3 is not broken. This does not make sense as Resident Evil 3 takes place before Resident Evil 2.

Plot hole: How do Leon and Claire get into Raccoon City without knowing about the zombie outbreak? In Resident Evil Outbreak it shows the army putting road blocks around the city and there are radio and TV reports in some Resident Evil Outbreak cutscenes that explain Raccoon has been put under martial law. It would have been impossible for Leon and Claire to go into the city without knowing that it was dangerous.
