Mistakes
As Morpheus walks away from the wrecked car, the position of his right hand, clenched with index finger pointing straight downwards, would indicate he is gripping his pistol. Yet in the next cut to a view from behind him his right hand is empty. The pacing of the sequence suggest he wouldn't have had time to holster it, yet we see him produce it from behind his back after he has sliced the twins' car. See more...
Trivia
Near the beginning of the film, Agent Smith drives up in an Audi with the license plate "IS 5416". This appears to be yet another Bible reference--Isaiah 54:16--reads as follows (from the King James Version): "Behold, I have created the SMITH that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy." The Matrix Reloaded
Visible crew/equipment: During the scene where Neo is talking to Agent Smith in the park area where Neo was talking to the Oracle, there is a close-up on Agent Smith's face. In his sunglasses you can see a bright white screen to reflect the light onto the faces of the actors. This isn't visible in any non-reflected angles.
