In the scene with Scagnetti and the prostitute, the type of underwear Scagnetti has on changes. In some shots he has on briefs, and in others he has on a thong. [Look closely, and you will see that it is a thong the entire time.]

During the re-enacting of Mickey and Mallory shooting the cop holding the doughnuts, the cop's partner sees the shooting and then runs across the street to shoot at Mickey and Mallory as they drive away. The cop is seen coming from the wrong angle as he runs to the middle of the street. He should have come from the right side of the screen but he came from the left. [Re-enactments often take liberties and make mistakes (heck, they use a late-80s Mustang in place of the proper 1970 Challenger for the 'dramatization'). It merely shows how blatantly wrong the media can get the facts of an event. Not a movie mistake.]

In the diner scene at the beginning of the movie, the hunters come in and one of them say to the waitress, "Miller, Mabel." The other orders a Coors. However, for the rest of the scene, Miller-boy's got the Coors, and vice versa. [Not so. The waitress hands them the wrong bottles, but the next time we see the bottles, Miller guy has traded with his buddy, and has his proper Miller from then on. Simple waitress error, not a movie mistake.]

In the scene at the end where Wayne Gayle is shot by Mallory, the woman at the news channel is distraught like she is watching it happen. But earlier we are told that they lost live connection. [This scene is viewed from the point of view that she is actually watching the tape and not a live connection.]
In the scene with Scagnetti in the hotel room with the prostitute, he is wearing underwear while laying on the bed, and when he starts choking her and wrestling her to the floor, he isn't, and then when he's done, he is wearing underwear again. [It's just what he's wearing makes it look like that. He's wearing underwear the whole time].
