Revealing: Snipes drives a car into a diner, puts a bomb in the car and sets the accelerator so the car will back out of the diner with the bomb. As the car gets outside the bomb explodes causing the glass windows of the diner to blow out. You can see the wiring attached to each window, by the special effects company, making them blow out.

Continuity: When Wesley Snipes is escaping from the suburban, they pass a tandum flatbed truck carrying a load of culverts, in the next shot they pass the same truck a second time.

Continuity: Wesley Snipes kicks out the driver's side window of the car that's trying to slam into him. Having shot out the back left window earlier, both left windows should now be gone. As the car veers away from Snipes in the next shot, both windows aren't smashed. Then in the next shot the two left side windows are gone.

Other: When the detectives are investigating the murder scene in the mirrored apartment, the photographer is shooting flash pictures of the mirror - straight on. Not a very good idea with a flash...

Revealing: The young Asian driver of the car was shot in the head by Snipes, and is very dead. As Snipes is trying to escape from the car by crawling out the back left window, the older Caucasian stunt guy is driving the car - with his very open eyes.

Continuity: As the bomb in the car is exploding, the shot from inside the diner has the windows of the diner shatter, but in the next 2 shots outside the diner, the windows are fine and intact. Seconds later, when Snipes steals the blue car, pulls around the corner and passes the diner, that shot shows the glassless windows.

Continuity: Near the end, when Robert Bly is monitoring Julia Fang from the U.N. guard station, one video monitor clearly has tracking problems at the bottom of its screen, which can only be caused by a tape, not by a live security camera. This scene comes up frequently, and the rest of the monitors are fine.

Revealing: There are supposed to be two dead young Asian males sitting in the back of the car, but in this shot, it is so obvious that there are two dead 'dummies' riding in the back. Also, in the crash, a few seconds later, very blatant dummy heads are flying everywhere.

Visible crew/equipment: When Wesley is in the interrogation room with the 2 way mirror, as the camera pans around the room the reflection of the camera and the crane it's mounted on, and even a crew member, are all perfectly visible in the mirror.

Continuity: Close to the end of the film when the lead female is running through the shadowed building she runs down a long hallway.  At the end of the hallway behind her on the left side you will see the cameraman's and the boom operator's shadows cross from one shadow to the next.  

Audio problem: When Wesley Snipes is talking to the Chinese girl as she is searching for information on the computer, he tells her, "Okay." to something, and his lips do not move at all.

Continuity: When Anne Archer and Donald Sutherland are talking in the back seat of the car, the direction of traffic on Anne's left changes back and forth (they haven't made any turns). Also, a city bus is pulled over at the curb, facing the opposite direction of traffic and the parked cars.

Continuity: The second time that Wesley Snipes runs through the construction site (this time it's empty), he stops to look around, and behind him is a cement ledge.  The raindrops are falling and making splashes at the underside of this ledge...where it should be dry...
