In the hockey game, the teams playing are the Los Angeles Kings and the Toronto Maple Leafs. You can notice the real logos when the camera is away from the action. When it gets closer, though (probably because of copyrights), the maple leaf is turned into a spades (from cards) with only "Toronto" written and the Kings' word and crown in the logo become just an "LA" with a slightly different shape. In the scene where Jack Travis asks to see Billy Phelps, he is told "He's down the hall on the right." The room he's in is actually at the dead end of the hall. [The uniformed officer was telling Travis that the hallway was to Travis' right, which Travis immediately leans and looks toward.]

When we first see the side of the jaywalker's head, his sideburns are down to his earlobe, next time we see him they are only down half way. [They are one length in every shot he appears in, even after checking frame-by-frame.]

When the cops at the shooting range are showing the, "cop killer" bullets, they shoot through a bullet proof vest, both sides. At the end of the movie Rene Russo is shot with a cop killer bullet, but it does not kill her because she is wearing two bullet proof vests. This would not stop a cop killer bullet. It had already been proven to go through two layers of kevlar, not to mention the bullets go through the thick steel of the bulldozer blade. [In the movie, the vests are much thicker in the front then in the back. The bullet didn't have the power to penetrate the double thickness of the front armour. So the bullet only went halfway through the front of the second vest.]
After Joe Pesci is shot in the arm his sling switches from arm to arm as time goes on. This is visible when Danny Glover is in the bathtub and Joe comes in with the sling on the arm that was not shot and then later it is on the arm that was shot. [There is a large wall mirror above the bathtub. The shot is of Joe Pesci's reflection in that mirror.]
When Riggs hits the brakes, sending the seatbelt-less bad guy through the windshield, there's one flaw: They're in an armored truck, and the solid, bulletproof glass of the windshield would easily deflect the guy. [The glass was weakened by the 'armour piercing bullet' which discharged prior to sending 'Billy' through the windshield.]
