Audio problem: When Britney Spears gets pushed into the Pit of Death, you hear her talk and scream but her lips are not moving.

Revealing: When Leonidas breaks his neck in the "stomp the yard" scene, a line can be seen where the neck will break open before it does.

Revealing: In the final battle scene, a Spartan has a spear held to his penis, thus going through a Persian. But you can see he is holding it between his arm and chest.

Continuity: When Xerxes rips his nipple off he staples it back on. But when he tries to make a deal with Leonidas the staple is gone.

Continuity: When the Oracle/Ugly Betty sneezes on Leonidas and the prophets, she gets snot all over them. Then it cuts to her falling down, then back to the prophets and Leonidas, and the snot is gone.

Continuity: When the Leonidas writes "marry me" on the Queen, it disappears and reappears over and over again.

Deliberate "mistake": During the scene of the Spartans moving out, they sing "I Will Survive." Sonio is clearly singing the song alone, because his lips are singing the song before the music or anyone else is singing.

Continuity: When the Shreck baby pukes all over the elder, there is barf all over him. It cuts to the baby and back to the elder, and there is no barf on him. He couldn't have wiped it off that fast.

Continuity: If you have the unrated pit of death edition Ryan Seacrest pees his pants before he jumps in the pit of death. So he jumps in, but the pee is gone.

Continuity: When Leonidas kills the penguin with the harpoon, he returns to Sparta wearing the penguin skin and wearing a beak necklace, but the beak is much smaller than the actual beak.

Other: When the captain gets shot with the spear after he kills Rocky, he falls to the ground, and you can see part of the spear sticking out. But where is the back end of the spear?

Continuity: When Leonidas and the black guy walk to the pit of death, look around: there is no garbage disposal switch anywhere. But when Leonidas kicks everybody in, there is suddenly a garbage disposal switch that Leonidas uses.

Continuity: When Leonidas says, "The oracle also said our painted-on abs look fake," the fat guy is having abs painted on him, but when the Spartans are skipping, his abs are gone.

Revealing: When Leonidas stabbes a Persian with a sword and pulls it out, there is no blood on it.

Revealing: In the break-dancing scene, the dancing Spartans lose all of their muscle mass. The dancers are a lot leaner than the soldiers in the rest of the movie.

Continuity: When Leonidas tells Xerxes' messenger to walk with him to the Pit of Death, he holds his hand. On the walk over, the camera focuses on their hands and they release. The shot then changes to an overhead shot and you see them release hands again.

Other: When Dilio shows Leonidas he has lost his eyes we can see right through, but on the back of his head there are no holes, and if there were his hair is still covering them.
