Near the end, after Homer and Bart toss the bomb through the hole in the top of the dome, ride down the dome on the motorcycle, and land on top of the gorge, Russ Cargill is already there, inside what would have been the dome, with torn clothes. How did he get there, and why were his clothes torn? Was there a deleted scene, or did I miss the same explanation every single time I watched the movie?
How come Lisa's presentation was changed from "An Inconvenient Proof" to "An Irritating Truth" for the DVD release? [I saw the movie at the midnight showing on its first release in Michigan and it was "An Irritating Truth" for me there. It still says the same thing for my DVD.]

Has there been much in the way of controversy about Bart's, ahem, exposure? [Not really - firstly, it's only a cartoon, and although Bart is only a child, his manhood is so crudely drawn it isn't exactly the most authentic (or anatomically correct) drawing of his 'winkle' - pretty much just a harmless joke.]
Didn't anyone notice Maggie, Lisa, Bart and Marge jump from the treehouse to the sandbox portal without anyone from the very large mob noticing? It seemed like nobody noticed until Homer jumped in and got stuck initially. Everyone in the mob were around the sandbox, how come no one noticed the other four Simpsons jump? [The tree kept bending down over the sandpit, so maybe the mob didn't see them jump in. Also, they were pretty much just after Homer anyway, so maybe they didn't care if the rest of the family got away.]

In Grandpa's prediction in church, what was the meaning of the "thousand eyes" or something like that? We didn't see whether Marge figured it out. [It refers to the multi-eyed mutant squirrel that was created by all the pollution in Lake Springfield. Marge probably figured it out, but it was not shown on screen.]

First of all who is the EPA guy and what does he have against Springfield? Secondly, What happens to Spiderpig? Halfway through the movie they just cut him out. [Well, as the movie states, the EPA guy is the president of the "Environment Protection Agency." It has been declared that Springfield is the most polluted towns in the country. As such, obviously the town would be thorn in his side. As far as the pig goes, often times in shows like the simpsons there are random comical characters entered and then they disappear just as quickly without any reason as to why. In Spiderpig's case, he is more than likely left behind when they go throught the sandtrap to get out of the dome. Odds are, when the entire town is scratching at Homer's head and attempting to kill him, and the house is spirralled into the sand hold, the pig was either in the house or caught up in the debris and dies.]

When Homer opens the curtains from the Red Rash Inn Motel room, there are several Advertising sign posters in foreign languages. The one in the middle-right is in Korean and it advertises classes to learn English with a Texan accent. Can someone explain what this joke is about? [I believe the joke is supposed to be that the way Texans speak is a language all its own.]
