On standard widescreen DVD, on the main menu. When the rats are scurrying from left to right, a rat will appear next to a pan on the far right. When that happens, you will be able to move to that pan and click on the link that is there (if the rat is not there, you will not be able to go there). There are two short pieces (alternate titles for the movie and how to pronounce Ratatouille).
