Continuity: When Detective Finch talks to the coroner about the murdered bishop and asks for her help with the rose, as he hands it to her you can see that the rose is completely covered in plastic, but when she looks closer at it, it isn't covered any more. A few seconds later when she's holding it in her hand, it's covered again.

V: Remember, remember, the fifth of November, The gunpowder treason and plot. I know of no reason why the gunpowder treason should ever be forgot.
Trivia
In the scene where Evey gets her hair cut, it was Natalie Portman's real hair they cut. They had only one shot to capture that scene, and everybody was quite nervous if the scene would turn out usable. See more...

starring Hugo Weaving, Natalie Portman (add more)
Continuity: In the scene at the underground station where Creedy and V are talking, after V kills the two men trying to take his mask off, and everyone backs up, it is clear that there is no one behind Creedy. However, in the next shot, when Creedy says "You won't cry like him will you?" there is a man standing behind Creedy's left shoulder. He is there until V is saying "what you have are bullets and the hope that when your guns are empty," when the angle shows Creedy and his men and, again, no one is behind Creedy.
Continuity: During the scene where the government agents go to arrest Evie at the BTN, V shows up and the building is evacuated. The agents see Evie in the hallway. When Evie turns to run away from them, there are several people directly behind her in the very crowded hallway. Take note of three men, one in a dark, short-sleevd shirt, one in a long-sleeved, light grey sweater with yellow stripes and a third in a red shirt directly behind the first two, that are directly in front of Evie as she starts to run away from the camera. There is also very little room for her to run due to the crowd. When the shot changes to show her running towards the camera, the man in the sweater and the man in the red shirt have disappeared and there is a good ten feet of empty space to run in. The shot again changes to show Evie running away from the camera again and the two missing men are back and the crowd has reappeared.
Other: The mouse hole in which Evey finds Valerie's message is (when standing in the doorway) on the right side of the cell. But when Evey gets out, we see that her cell (number 5) is the last one of the left row, meaning there only is a full wall to its right, with cell number 4 to its left (which is consistent with what we we see in the doctor's memories). Thus, the hole does not link cell 5 to cell 4 (Valerie's). Since V took the time to recreate Larkhill, and wants Evey to live through exactly the same experience he has, there is no reason why he wouldn't recreate everything as it originally was. Plus, as previously said, his underground setting corresponds to the doctor's memories.
Plot hole: After Evey awakes at V's home for the first time after being knocked unconscious, she has a short exchange of dialog with V and then says she has to leave. After she says she is going home, V says, "Didn't you say they were looking for you?" Even though Evey had never mentioned it to him before and quite possibly couldn't have due to being unconscious.
Continuity: When V is broadcasting his plans on the television everybody is watching in awe. There is a gentleman in the bar who is smoking a cigarette letting it hang from his mouth as he watches the screen. Next shot back to him he is still staring at the screen but his cigarette is twice as big as it was before. It is unlikely that he lit another one because everybody was glued to the screen and not even drinking their drinks.
