So on the newspaper clipping you can see the it said Jill Valentine got suspended for her partners death, Leon Kennedy. But was this supposed to happen because you play as Leon in Resident Evil 4 and Wesker says that he survived Raccoon City outbreak. So why wasn't he in this movie? When Alice and the group are going to raid the Umbrella guards and steal the helicopter, one of the men looks through binoculars with night vision. He looks at the helicopter, then looks to the right of the helicopter, yet in the next scene a second later, his head is in the same position as it was when he looked at the helicopter, before he looked to the right. After the zombies have overwhelmed the RPD, the shot of them reflected in the visor of a discarded SWAT helmet is copied from the opening of Resident Evil 3. See more...

How did that person get turned into Nemesis in both the film and the game? I just want to know if it is accurate. [It is never explained how the Nemesis came about in the game. But like the other Bio-weapons, it was probably created in a lab by a scientist. The reason it was created by Umbrella was to kill all STARS members. Because the T-Virus is so highly contagious, if one catches it of course, you turn into a zombie. But, that's not the only thing you can change into. Hence the man in the first Resident Evil movie gets cut, catches the T-Virus and starts to transform into the Nemesis.]
How does Jill find out about the T-virus and its effects? I don't think they ever explained it in the movie. [The newspaper clippings we see in her apartment at the start refer to a 'mansion incident' - this in fact relates to the events of the first Resident Evil game, when Jill and other STARS members were trapped in a mansion overrun with the T-Virus. By the end of the game Jill knows exaclty what the T-Virus is and what its effects are.]
I don't understand the end. Is Earth being controlled by Umbrella now? Are Carlos and Jill taking Alice away from the research facility for testing (on the scientists' side), or are they saving her from the facility and setting her free for another adventure? [Carlos and Jill are trying to rescue her. They are unaware that Umbrella has attempted to turn Alice into a weapon to use against them.]
Why doesn’t the dogs senses dumb down with infection? Obviously human senses degrade when they turn into zombies, but the dogs keep their speed and ability to smell scents. [First, the T-virus affects humans and dogs differently - zombie dogs look like they've been skinned, but zombie humans just look dead. Second, there's little evidence that human senses have been dimmed, it's just that zombies are stupider without higher brain functions (explained in the first movie) and are slower because they conserve energy for actual attacks, not moving. Dogs are much more efficient predators than humans and don't need to slow down as much because a few bites will take down prey.]
Why was the Nemesis creature supposed to kill members of STARS? [Two reasons: 1. They're the elite of the Raccoon City Police force and therefore an excellent means of testing his abilities. 2. Some of them, like Jill, know the T-Virus is responsible for the outbreak so they have to be exterminated before they can expose Umbrella.]
Does anyone have any idea what the bit with the security guard at the end was about? Even if Alice could somehow "fire" a virus into someone, there's no way she could have known where in the building the guard was just by looking at the cameras. She might be part computer, but she's not psychic. As far as I can tell, this isn't drawn from any of the games. [The T-virus was causing her to evolve at a very fast rate. She developed psychic powers and used them on the guard.]
