Continuity: In the bedroom scene, Barbara Windor gets her dressing gown caught in the bed spring and has to take it off. When Sid James tries it on, he has no trouble removing it from the bed.

Visible crew/equipment: When Mildred goes down stairs to get the newspaper, the clock start to chime 9 o' clock. If you look at the clock the big hand is on the 9 and the little hand is on the 12 it should be the other way round.

Continuity: When June Whitfield goes to confront the Mayor, his wife Mildred answers the door, and her cigarette goes from her mouth, to her hand, then back to her mouth in between shots.

Continuity: In the scene where the Mayor asks his wife to make him a cup of tea, after she has made the tea she sits down with a cigarette in her mouth, but when the shot changes the cigarette is nowhere to be seen.
