Visible crew/equipment: In the scene when Alan and Lora go to see Kevin Flynn at his game room they find him playing his videogame 'Space Paranoids'. After he finishes playing, he turns around to talk with Alan and Lora. As they are speaking you can see the microphone coming up from the bottom of the screen. It even hits Kevin Flynn in the hand.

Trivia
Director Steven Lisberger had several arcade games scattered all around the sets. The cast and crew often had to be called away from them to return to shooting, particularly Jeff Bridges, who would often claim he was "preparing for the next scene" in order to keep playing a bit longer. See more...
Continuity: Tron sends his memory disk to talk to Alan. After Tron communicates with his user Alan1, Alan sends him back the disk with new data on it to destroy the MCP. When Tron receives the disk it is like a Frisbee, solid on the top and hollow on the bottom. When he receives the disk the hollow part is on the bottom. He holds the disk in front of him and starts talking about "the key to the new order". The shot changes and the disk has been reversed, hollow side toward him and solid side away from him. He did not have time to rotate the disk.
Deliberate "mistake": The text the Master Control Program speaks in the human world is usually accompanied with a text projected on a computer screen. When Flynn attempts to hack into the system through the laser lab terminal, the Program is cut short at 'I'm afraid you.' (both on the screen and in speech) as Flynn progresses. In reality, however, it should be that the full text intended to be relayed by the MCP should be displayed on the screen, and only the speech gets interrupted.
Revealing: After Flynn, Tron and Ram take their drink, they resume their journey in their stolen Light Cycles. There is a shot of them coming around a corner and riding along a cliff side. If you look carefully (this is painfully obvious if you go frame by frame) they don't actually come around the corner. Their Light Cycles simply appear one by one and they make their turn.
Continuity: When Tron fights off Sark's men as they board the Skyship, watch for the soldier who falls off the side just after Flynn. It's obviously a still rather than an actor as only a pair of non-moving legs fly past the ship. It's an editorial mistake as had the character been "deresing" (deresolution) he would have glowed yellow and faded which did not happen here.
Continuity: In the initial Lightcycle scene, the bikes inexplicably change position: In the beginning, Sark's blue cycle is on the left, but after they turn towards the arena wall - just before the user worshipper crashes - Sark suddenly races on the right side; and there is no sign that he changed tracks in between shots.
