In the scene where the "Blue Bird" patient finally sees the Bluejay, he starts excitedly shouting "Blue Bird! Blue Bird!" This uprising causes a riot in the institution. When the camera shows the building, everyone from all 4 levels of the building are staring out the window at the bird. But how do the other floors know about the bird, when they live on another floor? [Is it impossible to imagine that people from other floors can interact with each other, or at least that information can spread between them?]
