In the scene where the "girls" are performing for "I will survive" in the desert, they come to the camp without any bags or equipment, but end up decked out in full drag. [It's never mentioned how long it was between the time Felicia says "I guess it's our turn" and the time they put on their show. They could have had time to go back to the bus and change. This also applies to the Aborigine that they deck out in drag. They may have performed it again after doing him up.]
