Continuity: During the chase scene, Steven Seagal has his tyre shot as he's fleeing from the bad guys. In the next shot, the tires are totally gone from the rims, then they're back again, then they're gone again.

Visible crew/equipment: In the middle of the film when we see Nico just after he has beaten up a load of bad guys in an alley. He gives chase to a guy who is fleeing on foot, now when the bad guy runs past a shop window on a street corner and Nico runs after him, in this shot there is a reflection of the camera crew on the back of a trailer.

Other: In the scene where Nico and the other agents are at the meat place, they are being fired upon by the drug dealers. In one shot we see a bad guy shoot a cop on a metal staircase. Look in front of him, and there is a round-like object on the staircase This object moves to the right between shots.

Continuity: When Nico is confronted by 4 men in a car, all of them looking to kill Nico, you see Nico walk up to the car and stop, in the following shot he is still walking.

Continuity: Close to the end of the film, Sharon Stone touches Nico's chin with her hand, but her hand changes from front to back between shots.

Continuity: Close to to the beginning of the film when Nico and his friend are in the interrogation tent, at one point Nico's friend says " shut up Nico ", he is facing in two different directions between shots.

Visible crew/equipment: Just after Nico leaves the church in his car, a cameraman's hands and camera can be seen in the side rear view mirror if you look closely.

Continuity: Just after the explosion in the church, Nico gives the bad news to his wife and mother (I think), and when they stand up the wife's hand is on the mother's back, but in the next shot when Nico's colleagues point to the federal agents her hand is on top of the mother's head.

Continuity: In the middle of the film when the federal agents knock at Nico's. The federal agent says " here's the warrant Toscani ", in this shot, we see the agent with four fingers on the front of the warrant and only his thumb on the back, but in the following shot, he is two fingers at the front and two bent back at the back of the warrant.

Continuity: Near the end of the film when Nico is shooting at the bad guys in the hotel room where the priest is. Nico drags his colleague who has been shot in the arm past a mirror, in one shot the mirror is intact, but in the following shot the mirror has now been smashed. We did not hear a smash from a bullet hitting the mirror.

Continuity: When Nico goes to pick up Lucia from the room above the bar, when they are leaving, in one shot, Lucia is standing by the stairwell then she is leaning against the wall.

Continuity: Near the beginning of the film we see Nico and the other agents at the meat place getting ready for a drugs bust. Nico and his colleague are walking and they see a car driving fast to the drug dealers. When the shot changes to a front view we see Nico and the other agent on the right of the screen, Nico is taking his white coat off so we see his black leather jacket underneath, but in the following shot he is taking his white coat off again.
