Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where the 3 women are being pursued in the mansion by a morphing Jack Nicholson, Susan Sarandon falls over a balcony and is  about to hit the marble floor below. Cher and Michelle Pfeiffer begin to laugh and urges Susan to laugh also  as doing this causes them to float. Susan begins a nervous laugh and just before she might hit the floor she begins to float above it. Right here you can clearly see the two wires that are holding her up.

Continuity: In the scene when Daryl Van Horne emerges from the chapel covered in feathers, he gets into his car, drives a while, smashes through the back windshield, and the back license plate (DVH 1) disappears. When he parks the car in front of his mansion, the license plate reappears.

Continuity: In the scene where one of the witches is about to fall over the balcony, a statue falls over first, smashing on the floor. When Jack Nicholson looks down at the witches from the balcony, there are far more pieces of broken statuary than that small statue could have contained.
