The final shot of the movie - Helen and James turning to look at each other as the lift doors slide shut - is played twice, you can see Helen turning to the left twice. [This is too blatant to be any kind of error, it is intentional to show how surprised they both are. Does the phrase "double take" sound familiar?]
When James drops Helen off after their date, he says "bring something warm on Saturday, it will be cold on the water." Yet Helen is able to apply for a small business loan, receive a letter of approval by mail and paint her new business' office all before the scene when she goes to watch James in the crew race on the river. [It's certainly fast but not impossible. Small business loans can be approved the same day (Monday) and a letter received the next morning (Tuesday). This gives four days to locate an office and some paint which in a city like London should be possible.]
Just before the split into the two realities right at the beginning, Helen goes through a ticket gate at a London Underground station. On those ticket gates it's compulsory to put your ticket through to make the doors swing open and the ticket pops up on the other side. However if you watch closely, her ticket never leaves her hand, the doors just open miraculously. [The guy who goes through before her does exactly the same thing and if you look very closely you can see Helen insert the ticket and position her hand waiting for the ticket to be returned to her. She is definitely looking down at where the ticket comes out. Makes more sense to force people to take the ticket before the gates will open otherwise they may forget it.]
In the scene where Helen is in the pub after dumping Jerry, you see James and his companion leaving the pub and as soon as they walk out the door, Helen's friend Anna walks in, but then a minute later you see James and his friend wave to her and walk out. It seems that they have left twice. [James and Clive don't leave the pub. Another couple (m/f) leave the pub and then Anna walks in. James and Clive are at the bar throughout.]
