Audio problem: When Junior picks up the cat and it starts to hiss you can see that the cat's mouth isn't moving.

Continuity: When the nuns are complaining to Gilbert Gottfried about Junior, the head nun's wart above her eye changes color throughout the scene. It varies from light in colour to dark in colour several times.

Continuity: In the scene where the nuns are arguing with Gilbert Gottfried, at the beginning of the scene there is no bell on the nun's desk, but when Junior is standing by the desk the bell is suddenly there.

Factual error: In the scene where John Ritter and his wife are sitting with the fertility expert, the Dr. explains how her reproductive system is not functional. The manner in which he explains this would lead us to believe that she would have been physically unable to menstruate, thus she would have known long before this meeting that she was incapable of bearing a child.

Continuity: At the end of the movie, a car goes off a ramp and is turned upside down. After Jr.'s dad gets shot, watch the tire. It is spinning and a few seconds later it isn't turning anymore. A few seconds later it's turning again.
