| 3 | Mamma Mia! | When Sam reaches out to touch Donna's face at the end of the wedding and just before Sam begins singing, Sam has his suit jacket on. When Sam starts singing, his suit jacket is off and his dress shirt sleeves are rolled up. |
| 4 | Twilight | In the beginning parts of the movie, after the scene where Edward goes a little nuts, Bella thinks about Edward and they do a "flashback." As the camera goes in close to his face, you can plainly see the rim of his contacts. |
| 5 | The Goonies | At the Lighthouse Lounge, when Chunk opens the door and sees the bullet riddled ORV, Chunk's reflection on the back of the vehicle moves to the right, but there is another moving reflection to his left. |

| 6 | Hot Rod | In the scene at the ice rink when Rod explains his plans for the "Big Jump", they all drink soft drinks from a cup, but Kevin's soft drink changes into a can between the shots. |
| 7 | Iron Man | Some of the shots involving the terrorists firing at the prototype suit are "flipped" duplicates of other shots. In the scene where he first emerges from the cave, several of the terrorists are firing M4-type rifles with the ejection port on the LEFT side of the rifle. In reality, except for a few specially made versions, all M4-types eject spent brass through an ejection port on the right. Later in the scene, this shot is repeated, but with the proper orientation. |
| 8 | Transporter 3 | All Audi's are either front wheel drive or all wheel drive (as is the case with Frank's car). It is therefore, impossible to spin the rear wheels as Frank did to achieve the leap from the bridge. |

In the reflection the back of the Louis Vuitton bag faces out, but in the sister's close-up the bag's distinctive front faces out, then in the next shot it's the back again. |

| 12 | Hancock | When Mary visits Hancock in prison with her son, she says it is time to leave. As she reaches down for the boy, his toy dinosaur in in his left hand away from the camera, but as she picks him up it suddenly appears in his right hand facing the camera. |
| 13 | Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl | At the end when Norrington is talking to Will about it being a good sword, he holds the sword vertical. Camera cuts and it's now angled at Will. |
| 14 | Unforgiven | In the jail scene, Gene Hackman is reading from a book. When he turns the book too far towards the camera you catch a glimpse of his lines on brighter white paper attached inside the book. |
| 15 | Rocky IV | Just before the fight between Drago and Apollo happens and the announcer is about to announce Drago. Just as the announcer starts saying, "And in the red corner,", we can see Drago in his corner, facing and apparently talking to one of his corner men, indicated by Drago shaking his head yes. Not even a split second later or two words further in the introduction, we now see Drago about 8 feet away from his corner men, pacing as if anticipating to be announced. |

| 16 | A Christmas Story | In the living room scenes, on the mantel in front of the clock, lighted candles appear and disappear during the movie. |
| 17 | High School Musical 3: Senior Year | When Troy breaks into the school and goes into the locker room, he removes his jacket and throws it on the floor. After he has put his East High singlet on, it shows a long shot and the jacket has vanished from the floor. |
| 18 | High School Musical | In the scene where everyone is in home room and they are getting their phones taken away, Troy is shutting his phone in a close up, and then when they show the whole class, his phone is open again. |
| 19 | Along Came Polly | In the scene where Reuben and Sandy are talking in the street after the play disaster, and Sandy is telling Reuben about the fake E! True Hollywood Story, Reuben's tie keeps changing. In one shot, the tie has a dimple and is in a full windsor knot, and in other shots, the tie has no dimple and appears to be in a half-windsor knot. |
| 20 | National Treasure: Book of Secrets | In the Easter Roll scene at the White House, the bunny tucked into Nic Cage's jacket pocket is different to the bunny we see tucked into his pocket later on in the scene just after he has found the seal in the Resolute desk in the Oval Office. |
| 21 | Bedtime Stories | When Skeeter arrives at his sister Wendy's house, he walks into the kitchen and meets Patrick and Bobbi. He says he has some presents for Bobbi, and Patrick turns around and leans his arm on the back of the chair. In the next few shots his arms keeps moving from resting on the back of the chair to down in his lap. |

| 23 | Jurassic Park | In the scene from behind Dr. Grant we can see the cow being lifted straight up. You can see that the cow is rather close to Dr. Grant. Then the scene cuts and the cow is already in the middle of the top of the Velociraptor paddock. Judging from the distance between Dr. Grant and the paddock from the previous wide-shot, an the fact, that Dr. Grant made no big moves, the crane couldn't pass that distance between the two shots. |

| 25 | Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town | When Kris gives the children toys, one of them says, "What about the Misterburger?" Kris than says, "What about him? I'll save him a big red yo-yo!" and pulls out a red yo-yo. However, when he hands it to the Misterburger, it is not red, but is yellow and has blue and red stripes. |

| 27 | Captain Ron | When Kitty is showing Martin the CG + CL carvings on the bed, she is using her right hand to guide his hand, and her wedding ring is on her finger. Wedding rings are worn on the left hand. |
| 28 | Uncle Buck | In the shot where Uncle Buck is in the living room dancing with that woman, the song "Laugh Laugh" by the Beau Brummels is playing. However, the 45 we see spinning on the turntable is not "Laugh Laugh". It is a 45 on the Uni label, and the Beau Brummels' 45s were on the Autumn label. |
| 29 | Silver Streak | After Devereaux is shot, he sees an oncoming locomotive on the opposite track coming towards him. The Streak is traveling over sixty miles an hour on its track, but in the background to the left of the oncoming locomotive, the Streak's tracks and background are stationary. Since the Streak is traveling at high speed, the forward tracks and background would not be stationary, but rushing towards Devereaux's point of view, along with the oncoming locomotive. |
