| 1 | Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl | Just as Jack says, "On deck, you scabrous dogs," to the very left edge of the screen over Jack's shoulder is a grip crew member with a tan cowboy hat, white short sleeve tee shirt and sunglasses, just standing there looking out to sea. |
| 2 | Gladiator | In the "Battle of Carthage" in the Colosseum, one of the chariots is turned over. Once the dust settles you can see a gas cylinder in the back of the chariot. |
| 3 | Black Hawk Down | Near the end of the movie when the convoy is heading back to the Pakistan Stadium, a Humvee stops briefly to allow a man to walk across the street with a child in his arms. When the shot changes and the Humvee begins driving again, a crew member or cameraman is seen inside the Humvee wearing a white shirt. All of the men who entered the Humvee were wearing fatigues. |
| 4 | The Matrix | When Neo is going to open the door to enter the Oracle's house, you can clearly see a camera on the doorknob. There's a sheet over it painted to look like the wall behind it, with a representation of Morpheus' tie too, because he's blocked by the camera. |

| 7 | The Matrix Reloaded | During the scene where Neo is talking to Agent Smith in the park area where Neo was talking to the Oracle, there is a close-up on Agent Smith's face. In his sunglasses you can see a bright white screen to reflect the light onto the faces of the actors. This isn't visible in any non-reflected angles. |
| 8 | Braveheart | At the funeral of William Wallace's wife, Murron, a white van can be seen. He bends down to kiss her and as he stands back up, if you look over his left shoulder through the trees you can see the van going past. It's very quick, small, and blurred, but it's there. |
| 9 | Titanic | In the scene where Jack comes to the first class door for the first time in his tux you can see a cameraman in the glass door before he enters. |
| 10 | The Wizard of Oz | When the Wicked Witch scares the Munchkins in Munchkinland, where Dorothy lands, she disappears into a cloud of smoke she creates. But you can clearly see her sneak down into a trap door below. <em>[As an aside to this entry, Margaret Hamilton was hospitalized for severe burns after a take of this shot (not the final one used) when there was a glitch in the timing of the explosion.]</em> |
| 11 | Troy | As Achilles' ship nears the Trojan shores, Agamemnon snidely asks, "What's the fool doing? He's going to take the beach of Troy with fifty men?" At the start of the next shot, as the camera begins to pan down, on the far right, just beside a person's (who is dressed in blue) head is a metal bullhorn (ie. used to give instructions to cast/crew, and which definitely doesn't belong in this time period). |
| 12 | Independence Day | At the White House, when they all watch the Soviet Special News, in the close-up of the TV's staticky reception of the news feed the reflection of White House staffers is visible. Right between the woman in a white blouse and the man in suit and tie, is the camera and crewmember, wearing light-colored short sleeve shirt and baseball cap, moving about. |
| 13 | Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone | In the scene where Hermione, Ron and Harry are returning to Gryffindor's tower room after being in the third floor room for the first time, you are able to see the feet of one of the crew. It happens just as they are passing through the picture hole, where Harry turns a couple of times to check that the "door" is closing. And it is in fact, because someone is walking behind it and pushing it shut, since the picture hangs several inches off the floor. |
| 14 | The Rocky Horror Picture Show | Just as Eddie rides his motorcycle down from the lab's upper level, in the shot from behind him, set equipment and a few crew members, one wears a stripe/plaid shirt, are seen gathered at the top right of the screen, just before the shot cuts away. |
| 15 | Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull | When the female Russian is descending the cliff, you can briefly see the harness cable that is holding her up right next to the rope on which she is climbing down. |

| 16 | The Fast and the Furious | When Mia sees Brian coming into the house, she looks down at herself and decides to change. When she takes off her shirt and throws it at the camera, look at the mirror and you can see the cameraman's elbow just coming into shot for a few frames. |
| 17 | Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire | After Beauxbaton's entrance into the dining hall, Fleur bows in a close-up with the wood platform directly behind her, and then Dumbledore kisses Madame Maxime's hand. In the next shot, when Dumbledore quickly runs up onto the platform to introduce Durmstrang, there is a white mark on the wood which he promptly stands on. This mark is not on the platform in either the previous or following shots. |
| 18 | Pee-wee's Big Adventure | When Pee Wee is chaining up his beloved bike you can see the long chain coming up through the bottom of the bike box. |
| 19 | The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King | In Shelob's lair, when Frodo is caught in the web, in the first close-up while hanging there the camera pans down to his feet. Both ankles are wrapped and have foot supports and the wire cables attached to his ankle straps are visible, especially his left. In the next back shot, as Frodo turns around the wrist/arm support at his right arm, while he holds Sting, is seen too. |

| 21 | Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory | After Violet has chewed the gum and is blowing up, if you look near the bottom of her right leg, you can see the air hose that is blowing her up. Visible on full screen only. |
| 22 | Jaws | When the fishermen start out on the hunt, Ben Gardner appears in a close-up leaning on the windshield at forward deck, while talking about how stupid some of the others are. In the next wide shot of the boats, Ben's green boat is towards the left of the screen, and the large reflector screen and camera, that are mounted to the bow of his boat, are visible in front of the forward window where Ben is seen in the previous shot. |
| 23 | Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban | At dinner, just after Harry takes the plate from Petunia and as Aunt Marge says, "A bit more," referring to the brandy Vernon pours, in the left glass door of the hutch behind Vernon, there is a nice clear reflection of a crew member lowering his white sleeved arm off screen! |
| 24 | The Dark Knight | At around an hour and a half into the movie, during Batman's interrogation of Joker, when he picks him up and slams him against the wall, for a very brief moment you can see the camera and the cameraman in the reflection of the mirror on the right. |
| 25 | Spider-Man 2 | On the way to the theater Peter intercepts a police officer chasing a couple of criminals. At the end of that scene one of the police cars has a tremendous wreck that swings the car sideways. There is a clear shot of the driver with a black helmet on. |
| 26 | The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe | When Mrs. MacReady meets the Pevensie children at the train station, the reflector screen is reflected in the lenses of her glasses, as she looks down when she speaks to them. It is also visible when the children first arrive at the house, when Mrs. MacReady says, "There shall be no disturbing of the professor." |
| 27 | Terminator 2: Judgment Day | In the scene where John, Sarah, and The Terminator are in the Cyberdyne building. They have just come down in the lift into the lobby where the SWAT team are waiting and firing gas cylinders. Arnie says his "I'll Be Back" and walks out of the lift. The SWAT team issue various instructions, then say "Ok - drop him!". Now - look carefully. The second they start to fire, look at the SWAT member who is furthest to the left and standing up. If you look right by his shoulder as soon as they start firing, what looks like a crew member walks into the scene, with his hands in his pockets! |
| 28 | Labyrinth | After Sarah meets Sir Didymus at the Bog of Eternal Stench, Sir Didymus climbs on Ludo's back. While he is up there, the bottom portion of Didymus' right hand 'puppet control rod' is seen being controlled on Ludo's right side. The top portion of his right hand control rod is seen many times throughout his shots. His left hand control rod is concealed as his staff. |
| 29 | Men in Black II | When agent Kay is in the elevator with the little worm dudes he swings down and starts shooting at the robot. When he swings down you can see the safety harness between his legs. |
