| 12 | How I Met Your Mother | When Ted is talking about what Marshall told him after he met Lilly, the two boys are playing with Playstation 2 controllers. The scene takes place in 1996, and Playstation 2 didn't come out until 2000. |

Later, there's flour dust on the counter and the impression of a large, round flour tin - like the one in Monk's kitchen - instead of an imprint of the paper sack. |

| 18 | Navy NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service | McGee seeks Director Vance's permission to hack into the Sea Hawk's computer system. He says that in the past four months, he hasn't worked any crime scenes, etc. This is incorrect, as near the start of the episode, he and Ziva go to an officer's home to advise his wife that he is missing. They discover her murdered and then the team, including McGee, are working the crime scene. |
| 19 | I Spy | Kelly and Scott are being chased by Red Chinese agents and run up a flight of steps, passing two big studio light panels. When the bad guys run past the same place in the next shot, the panels are gone. |
| 20 | Time Tunnel | At the very beginning of the episode, Nero's ghost appears and raises a knife to attack the heroes, the wires used to move the knife across the room are visible most of the time. |
| 21 | M*A*S*H | While Igor is serving dinner, his cap peak goes from being up in the front shot to down in the side shot, while he is talking to Col. Potter. |
| 22 | Fringe | In "In Which We Meet Mr. Jones", Dunham comments that she works for Homeland Security. While the FBI is under the jurisdiction of the Justice Department, she works as part of a special Homeland Security task force; so saying she works for DHS is an accurate statement. |
| 23 | Eli Stone | At the start of the episode while Eli is shaving he turns around and some of the shaving cream on his face goes onto his shirt. The next shot when he leaves the bathroom the shaving cream on his shirt is gone. |
