| 2 | Wizards of Waverly Place | Harper takes an apple off of a stand, causing them all to fall to the ground. Watch carefully and you'll notice that the stand is tilted downward and the front side is latched and released, which is what really causes the apples to fall. |
| 3 | Hannah Montana | In "I Can't Make You Love Hannah If you Don't", when Miley leaves to buy a pretzel, you can see a cameraman as she gets up and leaves the theatre. |
| 4 | House, M.D. | In the scene where House and Foreman ride the elevator down and are talking about Cameron, if you look at the the back of the elevator, there are panels where a light is shown moving up to signify that the elevator is moving down. When the elevator reaches the ground floor and there is a "ding," you can see that the light in the panels is visible while the door is opening, but then continues to go up and disappear out of sight even though Foreman and House are walking out of the elevator. |

The city of Wichita, Kansas is in Sedgwick County, in southern Kansas. Wichita County, Kansas is in western Kansas, about 250 miles from the city of Wichita. |

This doesn't seem possible, as Carrie and Aidan would have only broken up about a year ago, and Miranda was around 6 months pregnant when they broke up. Brady is only about 5 months old at this point in the series, leaving Aidan only roughly 8 months to have this baby - but Aidan lay in bed for about a month and then dated Nina Katz for awhile. Timeline just doesn't seem to fit. |

| 22 | Thunderbirds | When Thunderbird 1 prepares for take-off, it moves down a ramp and the launch site is seen at the end. It then cuts to a shot of it moving down the ramp, and then of it arriving at the site. The Thunderbird has suddenly rotated 90 degrees between shots. |
| 23 | Conviction | In "Savasana", when Alex asks Steele out to dinner, he says, "Yeah, sure." His mouth doesn't move when he says "sure". |
| 24 | Doctor Who (2005) | In "Journey's End", near the end of the episode, the part-human Doctor is said to have all of the memories of the original Doctor. If this is true, then the part-human Doctor should remember the time the original Doctor spent with Rose, so shouldn't commit genocide or need Rose to help him to not be a man of killing. |
| 25 | The Outer Limits | Amanda survives a plane crash into the ocean, hurricane winds in a life raft, then experimentation and attacks by giant microbes inside the alien probe. Yet when she and the others are rescued at the end, not one strand of hair is loose in her 1960s "beehive" hairdo. |
