| 1 | Friends | Phoebe's greatest love David leaves her to go to Minsk and comes and goes throughout the whole show, telling stories of Minsk on the way i.e. of the long months when the sun does not rise and the constant freezing cold. Minsk, being the capital of Belarus (although claimed to be in Russia for reasons explained in Corrections), is approximately as high up north as i.e. Wales and northern coast of Germany, and even during the winter months there is always daylight for several hours. Although winters in Eastern Europe are cold, the kind of coldness described by David would more believably happen in Siberia than Minsk, and the summers are just as nice and hot as everywhere in Europe. |

| 5 | Eastenders | When Cindy wanted a hitman to kill Ian she looks in the yellow pages to find one. Surely the police and the makers of the yellow pages would of been alerted if a hitman agency wants to advertise itself in the yellow pages? |

| 6 | Alias Smith and Jones | An egotistical, prissy and dishonest lawyer like Mr. Fletcher wouldn't make the mistake of allowing his name to be misspelled on his office door. It reads "Winfred Fletcher." His first name, as it's pronounced throughout the episode, is "Winford." |
| 7 | Charmed | In episode 7-18: "Little Box of Horrors," Katya (as Nina) says that Pandora's Box is "a gift the gods gave to Prometheus." But the Box was given to Epimetheus, not Prometheus. Epimetheus ignored the warnings of Prometheus, his brother, and accepted Pandora herself, who bore a box, as a gift from the gods. |
| 8 | South Park | S12 E6 Overlogging: Kyle says he has to log on before school. The next shot shows "Monday 8 days later." 8 days before is a Sunday. |
| 9 | House, M.D. | House is playing 'Metroid: Zero Mission' on his Gameboy at various times. The Metroid series does not feature space monkeys, nor are there distinct levels. The sounds coming from the game in the show do not match it in real life, and Samus morphing into a ball is most definitely not a failure state. |
| 10 | Doctor Who (2005) | Magnetic tape recorders weren't available outside of Germany during World War II. True the tape recorder could have been captured from the Germans, but, as it was "cutting edge" technology for 1941, it would hardy likely to have ended up in a hospital office. |
| 11 | Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers | This happens mostly during the early series. Whenever the Rangers throw a flying side kick (the jumping one that they seem to be rather fond of), they do it all wrong. They throw the kick leg out from the start, while the kick is actually thrown with the leg chambered until the moment before impact. Throwing it the way that the Rangers do will jam your leg. |
| 12 | The Simpsons | (Episode 17-1) Alec Baldwin, as an expert on manatees, says that they are also called dugongs. Manatees are found in Atlantic coastal waters and in the Amazon and tributaries. The dugong is a distinct species found in the coastal waters of the Indian and southwest Pacific oceans. |
| 13 | Family Guy | In some episodes, the word 'fictitious' in the credits disclaimer is spelled 'ficticious'. |
| 14 | Attila | Aetius' troops don't look anything like 5th century Roman soldiers. They are carrying a large rectangular shield, a pilum (a spear which was used for throwing) and a sword (gladius) on their right. This was typical for the Roman army until about the 3rd century A.D. In Aetius' time, the soldiers would have had smaller oval shields, a hasta (a lance used for stabbing and for fending off cavalry attacks) and a sword (spatha) on their left. Also, there would be an enormous amount of "barbarian" mercenaries in the Roman army (Goths, Vandals, even Huns.), so it was hardly a Roman army anymore. And where's Aetius' cavalry? |
| 15 | Smallville | In the opening credits for episode 5-1: "Arrival," Kristin Kreuk's first name was misspelled as "Kristen." The credits sequence, which was new for Season 5, was corrected by the time the second episode of the season aired. |

| 16 | The Fairly OddParents | In Deja Vu, after Vicky steals Timmy's Cosmo watch, she redoes the time to when it was after school. Vicky redoes the time so that a million cats appear to torture Timmy. They throw him out a window which really has solid glass and no sliding doors. He should have been hit onto the window. |
| 17 | Doctor Who (1963) | The story is set in 1289, when Marco Polo was anxious to leave China against Kublai Khan's wishes, so what's Polo doing on the Pamir Plateau? |
| 18 | The Man From U.N.C.L.E. | Solo blows open the ceiling vent of Illya and Marion's cell, and she stands on Illya's shoulders until Solo can reach her and pull her out. This leaves Illya with nothing/no one to stand on, no way to reach the vent and no apparent way out of the cell. But he's out just the same in the next scene, with no explanation as to how. |

| 20 | The West Wing | When Leo is reminding the Congressional Aides about their bosses' drug scandals, he states that Vicodin is a Schedule II Controlled Substance. It is actually a Schedule III Controlled Substance. Given his experience in this area he'd know better. |
| 21 | Rome | The verse Octavia recites is from Virgilius' poem "the Aeneid". That poem was written at least a quarter of a decade after the death of Caesar. |
| 22 | Passions | Dr. Eve Russell seems to be a "jack of all trades" in the medical profession, but it's impossible for her to know everything about every medical condition. When Theresa is going to marry Ethan, she goes and gets birth control pills and takes her first pill the day before the wedding. That night they make love. The next day, the wedding never takes place and Theresa flies off to find Julian. She forgets her second pill and sleeps with Julian. Eve tells her that since she didn't take a pill before sleeping with Julian then the baby is his. Any doctor would know that (and also suggest that) birth control pills are not completely effective until a person has been taking them for at least seven days, and a secondary form of birth control should be used. There's no way that Theresa's just taking 1 pill would protect her from being pregnant by Ethan, and this would still warrant a paternity test. |
| 23 | Courage the Cowardly Dog | In "Klub Katz" the captian yells "Iceburg, Iceburg, on the starboard side." But when you see the iceburg and the ship, the iceburg was about to hit the bow of the ship. |
| 24 | Dawson's Creek | In the third scene, when Doug stops Jack for speeding, both vehicles in the scene have North Carolina state safety inspection stickers in the lower driver side windshields, as opposed to a Massachusetts inspection sticker (which would be on the passenger side). |
| 25 | Forever Knight | Nick tells fellow vampire Aristotle, "You still owe me for that time at the Battle of Hastings." Nick was brought across in 1228, or so the intro told us every week. The Battle of Hastings, as any British school kid knows, was fought in 1066, over 100 years before Nick's mortal birth. |
| 26 | Nip/Tuck | (Season 4) During the episode where Ms. Grubman and Christian are talking in his office and he turns around a few seconds later to see she had died while in her wheelchair, her head and posture is still straight up and forward - near impossible. Common physics tells us that upon death, her head would have either drooped backward, downward, or to one of her sides. |
| 27 | Ashes to Ashes | In episode two in the nightclub, after Visage have performed "Fade to Grey," their lead singer Steve Strange says, "I hope you enjoyed our new single, 'Fade to Grey.'" "Fade to Grey" was in fact a chart hit in the Autumn of 1980, so would have been old news in the Summer of 1981. |
| 28 | Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman | None of the Swedish wedding traditions Ingrid mention actually existed in the 19th century and the bread she's baked is not traditionally Swedish. When she later speaks in her mother tongue it's definitely not Swedish. |
| 29 | ER | The kid from the car accident has had an orthopedic device called a halo put onto his head in order to immobilize his head and injured spine. This item is screwed directly into the skull and is very secure. However, when the doctors are giving the boy CPR, the halo stays stationary but the child's head moves back and forth inside of it. The halo should have kept his head still, or his head would have moved only if the halo moved. |

In the MASH series, Potter was supposed to have arrived 19 Sept. 1952, and Charles Winchester after Potter did. The Giants won the pennant during the previous year, not when Winchester was there. |
