| 1 | The Goonies | After Chunk does the ‘Truffle Shuffle’ and Mikey releases the bowling ball, we see the horizontal piece of wood that is painted red and attached to the porch rail, from which the silver bucket is lowered. It’s seen in many shots. What’s funny is that in the first shot of the Walsh’s house, after the Fratellis drive past at the bottom of the hill, that piece of wood is white, because it hasn’t been painted red yet by the crew. |
| 2 | Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull | The 1950s kitchen scene shows a sink faucet "Dishmaster Model 87" which wasn't manufactured until 1987. The 1950's "Dishmasters" were different. |

| 6 | Twilight | When Bella and Edward talk in the woods, Bella drops her backpack behind a tree. The backpack then moves in front of the tree, and then disappears. Since the backpack is bright red, it's hard to miss. |
| 7 | Mamma Mia! | When Donna is telling Tanya about Sophie's dad arriving, stage lights can be seen in Donna's glass. |
| 8 | Transporter 3 | At the end of the scene where Frank chases the car on a bike, he jumps into the car through the driver's window. You can see broken glass flying, but in the next shot (and the rest of the movie) the driver's window is intact. |
| 9 | The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian | After the trees wake up when the General is saying that they can still win if they retreat to the river, in the background there is a catapult that picks up a rock and never goes high enough to throw the rock or drop it, but when it comes back down, the rock is missing. |
| 10 | Australia | Early in the film Hugh Jackman is using a 1990s plastic toothbrush. |
| 11 | Hancock | (SPOILER ALERT) Near the end of the movie, Hancock is in bed without shoes on. Then when the attack starts, he goes outside to defeat the enemies wearing shoes. |
| 12 | Wall-E | When Wall-e presents Eve with the plant, he is facing her directly. When Eve is later viewing the footage from her security camera, Wall-e is shown facing at an angle towards the left of the screen, instead of straight ahead. |
| 13 | The Day the Earth Stood Still | US UAVs twice attack the aliens with Sidewinder missiles. Sidewinder missiles aren't a normal payload on UAVs, aren't meant to attack ground targets, and, being IR guided, wouldn't be able to lock on ground targets in either event. What is more, their warheads are comparatively tiny, further limiting their usefulness in this task. The most correct missiles to use would be Hellfire missiles. |
| 14 | Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa | At the end of the movie, it's revealed how Alex can tell Marty apart from all of the other Zebras - when Marty walks away from the "camera" it shows the huge bite mark on his backside that Alex gave him in the first movie. However, the bite mark is never seen in any other shots of Marty's backside throughout the film. |
| 15 | Sex and the City: The Movie | When Charlotte, Anthony and Carrie are planning the wedding, Carrie has a pen attached to her dress strap which keeps changing positions (it doesn't disappear, we can still see its black cap) while she is sitting on the bed and when she gets her wedding dress out of the closet. |

| 16 | Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone | When Dudley pops up after Hagrid gives him a pig's tail, his face and hands are clean, even though he was just eating Harry's birthday cake with his hands. |
| 17 | Die Hard | In the first scene of the Christmas party when Takagi steps out of one the offices and greets couple of his guests, the camera pans left to show the orchestra and other guests. A huge shadow of the camera and its operator is being shown in the backwall, then the stagelight gets moved to light a different area and the shadow is gone. |
| 18 | Hot Rod | In the scene at the ice rink when Rod explains his plans for the "Big Jump", they all drink soft drinks from a cup, but Kevin's soft drink changes into a can between the shots. |
| 19 | Home Alone | When the McAllisters leave Chicago, they are flying on a DC-10. The plane that arrives in Paris at the end of the flight is a 757. |
| 20 | The Thing | The brief chess game (four moves) shown in the beginning of the movie makes absolutely no sense. For instance: There are no white bishops on the board, but after the human player taps a few buttons, the computer says that he just moved one. Within the two moves described first, the positions of the pieces change completely. In addition, some pieces are now gone and there are new pieces on the board. It's like an entirely different game. The final move is said to have been made with a black rook, which is impossible. In the shot shown before this move, there is not a single position available to that chess piece that would result in an instant checkmate. Nothing in the editing indicates that these few short shots are supposed to be viewed as separate games. |
| 21 | Casino Royale | Bond has just stormed the embassy and taken the bomb maker as a hostage. As they walk down a hallway, the bomb maker is shot in the leg. The squib that is planted under his trouser leg is outlined. |
| 22 | Valkyrie | During the air bombing scene in North Africa at the beginning of the movie, you can see digital camera tag information in the bottom left hand corner of the film. The colour of the text is very similar to the sand and might not be noticeable but it is apparent. |
| 23 | Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines | When smashing the truck in the hangar, the T850 hits it an it falls down so that the bumper is on the floor. When it shows the T850 from John's POV, the truck is back up on its wheels, although the wheels are still damaged. |
| 24 | Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets | At the beginning of the film, when Hedwig wants to be let out of her cage, Harry comments that he's not allowed to use magic outside of school, but a key is plainly visible in the cage lock, so he could have let her out without using any magic. |
| 25 | Wanted | When Wesley receives the piece of cloth with Sloan's name on it, before he actually writes down the binary code on the glass table with the marker, you can see that its already written. But when he starts to write down the code, the table is clear again. |
| 26 | Step Brothers | After Nancy and Robert ban TV for a week, Brennan throws the ice pack he was holding on the ground. The camera then cuts to Robert, and when it cuts back to Brennan again just a few seconds later, he has the ice pack again and does the exact same action as before. |
| 27 | National Treasure: Book of Secrets | In the Easter Roll scene at the White House, the bunny tucked into Nic Cage's jacket pocket is different to the bunny we see tucked into his pocket later on in the scene just after he has found the seal in the Resolute desk in the Oval Office. |
| 28 | A Christmas Story | When Ralphie gives the huge fruit basket to his teacher, she has to move it aside to see who is behind it. Their height in relation to the basket varies from one shot to the next - a few shots show both of them taller than the basket, which would have allowed the teacher and Ralph to see each other the whole time. |
| 29 | Along Came Polly | In the scene where Reuben and Sandy are talking in the street after the play disaster, and Sandy is telling Reuben about the fake E! True Hollywood Story, Reuben's tie keeps changing. In one shot, the tie has a dimple and is in a full windsor knot, and in other shots, the tie has no dimple and appears to be in a half-windsor knot. |
