Best game mistakes of all time (see this week and this month)

| 3 | GTA: San Andreas | In any cut scene where a pistol is used it appears black. but when the mission starts and you use it, it is silver. |
| 4 | Repton Infinity | In the Repton 3 and Repton 4 portions of the game, if you are killed by a spirit or fungus while taking a diamond, the game doesn't give you the 5 points for that diamond. On the Repton 3 screens this means you cannot complete the level. |
| 5 | WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2007 | There are several unfortunate mistakes in the Superstars' bios on page 2 (Career Highlights), found via the computer in the locker room:Bret Hart: The last line simply reads 1991 and 1993 and nothing more. It SHOULD have said "1991, 1993 King of the Ring winner" (1991 being non-televised). Bret Hart's nick name "Hitman" is spelled Hit Man, in two words. On Chris Benoit's Career Highlights page, the last line says 2004 Royal Rumble win - this is a spelling error. Vince McMahon won the Royal Rumble in 1999, but it doesn't say so in his Career Highlights page. Mick Foley's, Dude Love's and Cactus Jack's Career Highlights pages have the same information, including him being a 2-time ECW Tag Team Champion. That in itself is a mistake (Foley only competed in the ECW as Cactus Jack). Mankind's page is different from the others, not saying he was a 2-time ECW Tag Team Champion - this is more of a factual continuity error. Several Superstars' Career Highlights aren't even mentioned, most notably the Hardcore Title reigns and the now defunct European Title reigns (though Big Show has his Hardcore Title win listed, for example). |

| 6 | Grand Theft Auto III | At one point on talk radio show Chatterbox, Maria (Salvatore's girlfriend) calls up to ask Lazlow for romantic advice. In her call, she describes the events that occur in the game involving Salvatore betraying the game's protagonist and how Maria is falling for him. This conversation can be heard on the radio before the events have actually happened in the storyline. |

| 12 | James Bond: Everything or Nothing | In the level A Show of Force, Bond has to drive the Q-Bike. It seems that this bike came from nowhere, as it wasn't there the first time he went to the safe house, and 003 was already captured. No one could have put it there. |
| 13 | Resident Evil 3 | Somewhere during the course of the game, Jill learns Nicholai's name, without anyone ever telling it to her. She calls it out during the helicopter scene at the end. |
| 14 | Mortal Kombat Trilogy | When using the skeleton rip fatality on Sheeva, the skeleton always has two arms, despite the fact that Sheeva has four. |

| 17 | Day of the Tentacle | When Bernard talks to Green Tentacle after releasing him, he asks about the bowling ball in the room. Green Tentacle says that Purple Tentacle brought it in after he grew arms. In the final part of the game, the player has to get the bowling ball and use it. However, this part is set BEFORE Purple Tentacle grows arms. |

| 19 | Double Dragon 3: The Sacred Stones | In the opening credits Billy's name is misspelled as Bimmy. Bimmy and Jimmy, instead of Billy and Jimmy. |
| 20 | Lufia: The Ruins of Lore | On the second floor of the house in Rangoon in which a man asks you to fetch his three llamas, you can walk through the right wall and walk around in the black border surrounding the room. |
| 21 | Golden Sun: The Lost Age | In the Mars Lighthouse, in the same room you defeat the Flame Dragons in, return after you have defeated the Flame Dragons and fire off the cannon. A crack will appear where the ice was, even though there is no ice. |
| 22 | Dawn of War: Dark Crusade | During the Kronos campaign as Chaos, Eliphas the Inheritor can "ascend" to his final Demonic form. However, despite the in-game unit being granted a different, more appropriate voice for his new body, Eliphas still uses his old one for the various bits of communication that go on between him and the other faction Generals. |

| 26 | Aidyn Chronicles: The First Mage | In the area where the bog and the beach east of it meet, there is a tree that is not connected to the ground. It is floating in mid-air, just above Alaron's head level. |
| 27 | A Boy and his Blob | At the beginning of Blobolonia, the blob's planet, run all the way to the left until you can't go any farther. Toss a jellybean at the left side of the screen. If you did it right, the screen will flash the final boss screen for a brief moment. Now there will be no enemies at all on Blobolonia. |
| 28 | 007 Nightfire | During the exchange level (first level) if you jump in the truck and the guards don't notice you, you'll eventually get to the gate. You'll hear the guy driving the truck say that there are 20 cases of wine. But if you count all the cases there are only 19. |
| 29 | Time Traveller | In the scene where Marshal is attacked by two Indians, if you allow the first Indian to kill him, the second one disappears. |
| 30 | Splinter Cell Double Agent | In the beginning training missions (the white rooms). In the mission where you are trying to find a door and guards are walking around underneath you take out the guard in one of the buildings and stick him in the left hand corner (facing away from the door) then throw 1 or 2 grenades at him (this is the only time in the game this will happen). When they land on him and explode all the walls will be covered in red paint (presumably blood) even on the ceiling - this should not be happening. |
