In the scene where John & Catherine are in the hangar at the runway, the Cessna's tail number is N3035C. When the plane is shown in the air, the number is N3973F. When they land, the tail number has changed back to N3035C.
Just as Jack says, "On deck, you scabrous dogs," to the very left edge of the screen over Jack's shoulder is a grip crew member with a tan cowboy hat, white short sleeve tee shirt and sunglasses, just standing there looking out to sea.
In the end, when the President is visited by the X-Men, he receives a blue binder, which is laid in front of him on the table. When they have left, you see a shot including the President's desk, and you can see that the only thing he has on the table are some sheets of paper, stapled in the upper left corner, opened up. Then the shot changes to a close-up of the President, and then back again, and you see the blue binder in front of him, closed, and the papers have disappeared.
In the second half of the film, Frodo has a scar on his lower right cheek, close to his chin. Many times throughout the rest of the film the scar changes position and size on his right cheek. It also appears on his left cheek in flipped shots (most obviously on the slopes of Mount Doom when Sam is cradling his head).
During the scene where Neo is talking to Agent Smith in the park area where Neo was talking to the Oracle, there is a close-up on Agent Smith's face. In his sunglasses you can see a bright white screen to reflect the light onto the faces of the actors. This isn't visible in any non-reflected angles.
When Nemo first finds himself in the fish tank, the starfish tries to report the dentist's actions but her voice is muffled by the glass pane. She has to pull away to talk. However, when the other fish watch the dentist, the starfish is talking perfectly normally and not muffled, even though she's pressed up against the glass again.
After Mark is found, he runs into Kate's arms and hugs her and her sunglasses fall off her head, but then in the very next shot they're back on her head perfectly.
In the scene where Layla is hooked up to the lie detector that tracks the movement of her eye, she is looking around the room and blinking repeatedly, but the eye on the screen (which is supposed to be hers) never moves or blinks, even though the camera is still on her.
When Marin and Jack Nicholson first enter her mother's house, Marin is wearing white pants, and it is noticeable that she has a thong on. When she gets into bed with Jack, she is in full underwear.
When John says, "You offend reason sir," Peter floats up. The large light fixture is hanging from the ceiling. However, in the next shot facing Peter when he says, "Just think happy thoughts," where is the light fixture? It's gone so Peter can fly around the ceiling, but it's back again in later shots.
Early in the film, Jim Carrey is watching TV during a sports segment. He is watching Channel 7, the station he works for. This clip they showed was of actual WKBW sports director John Murphy. The clip they showed was taken directly from a real WKBW newscast, with the authentic news set, and graphics. However, when they show a clip of Ch. 7 News later, there are completely different graphics, and a completely different news set, both made for the movie.
Lizzie has black nail polish and the same size of nails throughout the entire movie. Supposedly, Lizzie and Isabella are different people. But, when Isabella comes back, you can see she has the same color nail polish and the same size of nails as Lizzie. I don't think it's just a coincidence.
Near the end of the movie, after Jude Law has been shot, he is lying on his back with Nicole Kidman leaning over his face. In the shot looking up at Kidman past Law's left ear, you can see the webbing for Law's wig on his left temple.
When The Bride is slashed on the upper back by O-Ren in their fight scene she collapses and lands on her back in the snow. After she gets up and the fight continues, there is no blood spot on the snow where she was lying.
In the scene where Andie and Ben are riding the motorcycle and she is wearing a white tank top, you can see the outline of her bra. When they go back to his parents' house and Ben takes off Andie's tank top in the bathroom, she doesn't have a bra on.
When Ben gives Eddie Murphy the picture he drew of them, Eddie points out that Ben drew a green moustache on him in the picture, but when he looks at the drawing for the first time and also in the meeting there's no moustache.
In the scene where Neo is talking with the Oracle in her apartment, the Oracle sits down at the table, picks up a bracelet, and right before the shot changes, you can see that it is on her hand, almost to the thumb area. When we cut back to her a second later, the bracelet is back on the table, and she picks it up and puts it on again.
In the beginning of the movie, Sarah and Tom are at the airport returning from their honeymoon. While walking through the airport, Tom pushes Sarah and she gets coffee spilled on her shirt. Later, when she approaches Tom in the parking lot for a ride home, the coffee stain has suddenly disappeared from her shirt in this shot.
When the members of the League are attacked at Dorian's home, the fight is accompanied throughout by a blizzard of paper falling from a height, yet hardly any of the books have been disturbed on their shelves.
After Kimberly has the vision of the pile-up, she pulls her car across the on-ramp. She is still behind the concrete separator, so how did the truck actually hit her car later on? There was no evidence that the concrete was ever there. The truck got her cleanly.
In the beginning of the movie when the Angels are rescuing the US Marshall, Lucy Liu is wearing stiletto heeled boots. When they jump out of the window, the heels are square.
In the scene where the Ranger trainees first meet Samuel L. Jackson, he's wearing the rank of a Specialist on his collars even though he's a Master Sergeant. Title 18, Chapter 33 of the US code prevents the unauthorized wear of a military uniform (among other things), however this does not automatically correct the mistake since a common misconception is that one slight alteration is sufficent to make the uniform legal. Having the wrong rank on is too obvious of an alteration, especially for anybody who has spent more than a day in or around the army and would still be punishible by law if he was dressed in an attempt to fool your average citizen outside of a movie.
Near the beginning, when Banner arrives at the lab with his helmet on, he removes the helmet when he sees Betty. A close-up of his face is shown and his hair is messy with part of his fringe on his forehead. Betty is shown quickly, then the same shot of Banner is shown again, but this time his hair is perfect.
In the first race, the Supra crashes down after jumping the bridge, and a side shot shows that the Supra's rear wheels have changed from the expensive chrome items to the standard Supra wheels.
Towards the end of the film, Tom Skerritt is on the same aircraft carrier as the fighter jets, but right after the jets bomb the enemy soldiers, Tom Skerritt arrives in a helicopter. There is no way that a helicopter is just as fast as an F-18 fighter jet.
Will Ferrell is holding a hockey stick right side up when he smashes the glasses on the kitchen counter. When they cut to a wide shot, he is holding the stick upside down.
Towards the end of the movie, Carmen hands a guy some 3D glasses with a crack in one of the lenses and says something like "Sorry it's the last one," but less than a minute later hands a different guy a pair of 3D glasses.
In the melting bridge scene, the space microwave was powerful enough to melt the bridge's thick metal but how come it could not melt the roof of the cars on the bridge?
