In the scene where Agent Smith is interrogating Neo, after Smith has sealed Neo's mouth shut and he is backed into the corner, when the camera cuts back to Smith you can clearly see a reflection in his glasses of Neo still sitting down in the chair.
In the scene where Jonathan picks up the scarab, it breaks open and the beetle inside starts to crawl under his skin. We see Brendan Fraser tear Jonathan's shirt and cut the beetle out of him. However, in the very next scene, we see Jonathan walking into the temple, his shirt is intact and there is no blood to be seen.
In the whipped cream bikini scene: When Mox pulls back from kissing the cheerleader he has whipped cream on his shirt. In the next scene it's not there.
Just after Bond and Christmas Jones climb out of the pipe, Bond is holding his shoulder and his blazer sleeves are up. In the next shot, his arms are by his side and his blazer is all neat.
When Tarzan fights with the leopard, it scratches his chest. However after they fall into the pit and Tarzan comes out carrying the dead leopard, the scratches on his chest have amazingly healed. <em>[It is a long-standing Disney tradition that no evidence of violence is shown on screen. Still a mistake, but there's why].</em>
When Sonic and Tails are fighting metal Robotnik, he shoots glue at Tail's tail. Tails says he can't fly to help Sonic, but when he gets the piece of concrete to surf across the water on you can see that his tails are not glued together.
When Eddie and "Jennifer" are walking around the house alone, "Jennifer" is trying to tell Eddie that she's really Sara. But By the time she is explaining that her name is actually Sara and not "Jennifer", Eddie has disappeared. She doesn't find him until later... But from the moment she finds him (and he is talking to her) he calls her Sara... but he never actually heard her say that. He was gone. Also, after they all get back together, a few of the other people start calling her Sara as well....but no one actually heard her say that her name was Sara.
When the switch is thrown to electrocute Terrence and Phillip, it's pulled downwards. A few shots later, we see Cartman jump in to save T and P by turning the switch off. He also pulls the switch downwards instead of pushing it upwards.
When the characters are crossing the street to get to the toy store, Mr. Potato Head gets his foot stuck on some gum. From the first angle, the gum is at the half way point of the rolling cement drainage pipe. When he barely escapes, the gum is near the lip of the pipe, a foot or so from the end. As the gum sticks to the passing pipe, it appears to be half way between those two points.
When Renee Russo was reviewing the tape showing the room with the painting to see who stole the painting, and the tape was blank because the heat generated from the suitcase hidden under the bench, why didn't she just back up the tape completely to see who put the suitcase there in the first place?
In the scene where the Asian gang is ramming Porter with their car, when they hit him the windshield gets smashed. When they all get back in their car and drive off the windshield is fine.
When Johnny Depp is axing the Headless Horseman's tree, he is covered in blood. The camera pans to the boy and Christina Ricci, and then back to Johnny Depp, and he is magically clean again.
In the scene where the pet shop girl reaches into the aquarium, clearly the whole chest part of her shirt is submerged in the water. When it cuts to her at the counter only the area around her nipples is wet.
The priest says that St. John saw the number 666 in his vision, but it was actually 999 inverted. I'm not sure, but I don't believe St. John read modern Arabic numerals like we do. Didn't he read Roman numerals? I think if St. John saw the number 666, it would actually be DCLXVI.
The bottle of Peach Schnapps that Trip (Josh Hartnett) brings to the dance is alternately full and half empty during the scene. When Trip pulls it out, it is new and unopened. He hands it to Lux to drink, at which time it is nearly empty. He then drinks from it, and it is about half-full. He next hands it to the other couple, at which time the bottle is nearly full again.
