The lake that Jack told Rose he went ice fishing on when she was threatening to jump is Lake Wissota, a man-made lake in Wisconsin near Chippewa Falls (where Jack grew up). The lake was only filled with water in 1918 when a power company built a dam on the Chippewa River, six years after the Titanic sank.
In the scene where Chris drives up in the truck while Selena is mowing the lawn, Selena asks what he got. While you hear "junk food" his mouth says something else.
In the scene where Will Smith throws a rock at the escaping Edgar alien, if you watch the rock after it hits the alien, it disappears after hitting the ground.
Leaven spends too much time thinking about if 645 and 372 are prime numbers to be believable. But she knows the factors of 649 and the result of 26 to the power of 3 almost immediately. Plus anyone with any maths knowledge whatsoever would know that any even number (or one divisible by 5) can't be prime, so 645 and 372 could be dismissed without even thinking about it.
Just before Demi Moore is about to get her head shaved she sees the base commander about equal treatment, and we notice very visibly that O'Neil has one side of her face bruised and all red and swollen. But in the next scene, which takes place moments later, when O'Neil is shaving her head, her injuries are all gone. Where did they all go to?
Toward the end, Carmen Ibanez gets stabbed through the shoulder when she is brought before the big master alien thing. If you were to sustain such an injury, there would be so much swelling, not to mention just destroyed tissue, that you wouldn't be able to move that arm for weeks. Yet a few minutes later, she is seen hefting around a very large assault rifle, and seems to have no difficulty. I guess it's a pretty standard action movie "heroes can temporarily ignore injury in order to save the day" kind of oversight, but it just seems exaggerated in this case, considering how severe the shoulder trauma looked.
In the final showdown, when Bond is fighting with Stamper, the girl is wrapped in a chain hanging from a crane and dropped in the sea. After the boat blows to bits, the chain continues to hang down even though there's nothing holding it. It even keeps hanging after Bond's swum down to untie her. What's keeping it there? Do all stealth battleships come with buoyant chains? With both arms at least partially free, why doesn't she just climb back up the chain?
In the beginning of the movie, when the little girl is falling, they film her falling all the way down backwards. When they flash to the young Simon's face and the priest and back to the girl she lands face down.
At the beginning of the movie when Romy reunites with Heather Moony, Heather tells Romy that she invented the cigarette which she is smoking and takes a puff to show how fast it burns down, and the cigarette burns to the butt. But in the next scene her cigarette is still to its half-way point.
If you look really close in the background as the killer throws Cici off the balcony, you can see someone sitting in a tree, wearing black, with a camera.
The whole big prison bus escape scene revolves around Chris Tucker being handcuffed to the French guy, but when Frenchy's friend arrives in the bus he stands up and hugs him while the handcuff is shown completely unlocked from Tucker's hand. In the next shot and the entire next scene they are still handcuffed together.
When Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman are escaping form the party, the sleeve of Ethan's suit is ripped under the armpits when he hits the cop but in a few seconds you see his sleeve completely fixed.
Lolita goes into Humbert's room and she is chewing gum. She then sits on Humbert's lap and sticks her gum on a piece of paper on his desk. A couple of shots later, she is chewing gum again.
In the scene when the aeroplane is crash landing in Las Vegas, it follows a flight path from shot to shot that would have been physically impossible, one moment bearing down on the strip, next downtown, back to the strip, back to downtown, and back to the strip before crashing there.
Pay attention in the beginning of the movie, when Ordell is showing some "girls with guns" to De Niro. While he suggests to run fast the tape, he presses the REWIND key. The expected one would be the FF key.
When Depp and Pacino are in the bow of the yacht Depp got from the FBI, Depp puts his glass on the rail of the boat and it is in shot. In one shot of Depp the glass is gone and the next time you see Depp its back.
