During the big falling debris scene, Paxton and Helen Hunt are in the red truck. The truck hits a tractor. The impact damages the windshield, and it is clearly broken, but a second later the windshield is perfect and untouched.
When Uma Thurman visits the radio station for the first time, she asks Janeane Garofalo if she can sit down by the microphone. As she's standing in front of the desk she's wearing a cardigan with a handbag over her shoulder. When she turns round to say "you promise not to laugh?", the cardigan and bag have disappeared.
When Happy is trying out for the hockey team, he sends a slapshot in front of the coaches and it breaks the glass. In the next shot the glass is intact.
In the scene where Picard opens a viewing port and shows Lilly that she is in a starship orbiting Earth he shows her New Guinea and Australia. New Zealand is missing.
When Ashtray is at Loc Dog´s place in the beginning he meets his grandma and she tells him to punch her. Then he punches her on the left cheek but after that she holds her hand covering the right one.
Arnold goes to the Gay Bar to solicit the help of the guy he saved at the beginning of the movie. The guy is wearing a white shirt and a black vest. During their conversation he takes off the vest, then the scene shifts to another bartender. When it comes back the guy has the vest on, another shot and the vest is off again.
When Jon Favreau talks on the phone for the first time, there is an answering machine next to it. Then when we see the phone system again the answering machine is gone. Then Jon walks into the next room and when he walks back the whole phone system is gone.
In the scene when they are in the Whitehouse, and Beavis has turned into Cornholio, he picks up the "Red" hotline phone on the President's desk, and is talking to the Nuclear bomb officials. Later, when they are in the President's office again, getting their Certificates, there is now a black phone on the desk, where the Red one was.
Near the end of the film, as Bette Midler, Diane Keaton and Goldie Hawn sing their song, watch Goldie's shoes. For the first portion of the song, which takes place inside, she is wearing open-toed, spiked-heel shoes with multiple straps. Then, as they finish the song outside, she is wearing closed shoes with a much lower heel.
In the scene where flipper knocks Sandy in the water with his tail, Sandy is fixing the deck and we see his bare feet, but when he is falling into the water, he has black water shoes on.
At the award ceremony, the Congressional Medal of Honour is hung around the daughter's neck. In the next shot we see of her looking up at the planes, the medal is gone.
The morning after the party at Chip's, and Chip is at Steven's house making eggs for them, watch closely as Chip eats. While they are talking about Heather being a prostitute, Chip repeatedly loses the eggs off of his fork, but continues to put the fork in his mouth, and makes a sound like he is actually eating the eggs. He does it about 4 or 5 times during their whole conversation.
In an early scene where Mel Gibson is talking to his son, a boom mike can be seen at the top of the screen. Boom mikes drop in several times throughout the film.
When Sarah runs crying into the toilet after Chris's death she slams the door shut. We then see a close up shot of the bolt sliding back and her three friends push the door open. But there is no holder for the bolt to slide out from and so the three witches could have simply pushed the door open without the bar sliding across!
In the towel-dance scene after Demi has put on her white panties and spins off the towel from her hair she starts to rip off her body towel. Then in the next frame the towel is again tucked in. Apparently they didn't want Demi topless when she leaned over to slip on her blue shorts.
At one point, Claire Dane's friend announces her plan to pick up guys on the beach by wearing the skimpy blue swimsuit she models. She then says that she bought one for Claire Dane, and pulls another g-string from her shopping bag. The suit is red, yet when Claire Danes is strolling down the beach in it, it is now a dark plaid.
When the plane is taking off while the dogs are on the runway they duck down hoping it will stop and it becomes airborne shortly before hitting them. In actuality they should have been blown backwards from the jets like ragdolls.
During the prison revolt, Tally interviews Fernando. How is it possible to cut from Tally to Fernando, when the interview is a live feed with only one cameraman (Nat)?
In the scene where a boy is riding his bycicle, it is the fourth of July, in the background you can see a man checking the mail, only the mail doesn't come on the fourth of July.
