In the scene before they jump the gap, they played the film in fast forward to make the bus appear to be going faster. If you watch the police on the truck in the background, they are moving in fast forward as well.
When the warden comes into the cell the morning after the escape, the poster covering the hole is fastened down on all four corners - impossible to do after squeezing into that small hole. [On the DVD commentary, the director confirms that this was a movie "cheat".]

In the movie Christie Swanson drives a BMW 3 series coupe. In the scene where they were making love the car suddenly changes to a four door model then back to a two door.
During the hotel scene where Arnold is on the horse chasing the bad guy on the motorcycle, keep your eye on the carpet. As the bike clears a path through the lobby, you can see tyre marks all over the carpet where this shot has been practised many times.
When the evil king's female assistant is "turned into" Odette, and Prince Derek is dancing with her near the end, he puts the locket on her. The chain goes around her hair, and in the next shot, it's under her hair. They were dancing the whole time, so how could she or Derek have pulled her hair out of the chain?

When Francesco and 'she' are in the cemetery together and the little blue flame-beings gather around to watch them, you can see the wires they're suspended on several times. This is most apparent when Francesco sees the first one (moments before seeing 'she' at the fountain) and also just before they are all frightened away.
When Ed is filming Bela Lugosi's last footage in front of his house, he is standing on the sidewalk, facing the house. From the camera's point of view there is a concrete walk leading to the porch, yet when there's a cut to the house's view, the walk is gone. It's just grass.
At the beginning of the wedding day scene when Mallory is throwing the red doll off the bridge, her nails are long and manicured, but later in the same scene you can see that they are bitten down to the quick.
In the sequence in which Marisa Tomei and Bonnie Hunt are getting ready to meet Damon Bradley, Marisa is sitting in front of the mirror fixing her makeup, then Bonnie looks in the mirror and is putting on her right earring, then in the next shot, she is grabbing the earring from the bureau and putting it on again in the right ear.

What on earth is the conductor at the premiere of the 9th doing with a baton? This was not used until around 1849, and the premiere of the 9th is in 1824.
At the end the nasty man is out of bullets so the Bad girl throws him a bullet from her rifle. He puts the bullet in but fails to revolve the cylinder so of course he loses as you would have to thumb-cock and pull the trigger 3-4 times to get to the live ammo. Dumb, dead desperado.
