In the scene where the boys' rival team challenges them, all the boys throw their gloves down, except Yeah-Yeah. When they all go to pick them back up, Yeah-Yeah has to pretend to pick it up.
When Mrs. Doubtfire is cooking in the kitchen and sets her fake boobs on fire and hits them with the pan lids to put them out you can see the camera crew in the reflection of one of the pan lids.
In the scene where Madonna is pouring candle wax on Defoe, once they start having sex (with Madonna on top), you can clearly see Defoe's penis poking out where it shouldn't. I realise they're not actually having sex, but shouldn't it be taped up out of site?
After Mario and Luigi have defeated King Koopa, Daisy's father and the man in New York re-evolve back to their human forms. This makes no sense as it is never explained, and none of the goombas, koopas or troopas ever revert.
When Wyatt Earp and the actress, whom he marries later in the movie, meet on horseback, they go on a fast paced ride that concludes after going down a steep hill. If you look at the actress' feet, you will see she is riding side-saddle - a very difficult feat considering the riding they do. If you look closely you can see her real leg, safely on the other side of the horse. The side-saddle leg must be fake.
When the camera took a shot on a train coming to a station in Czechoslovakia, you can see electric cables above the train tracks. There was no such thing in Czechoslovakia as electrified trains in the 1940's. The electrification started in the 1950's.
In the scene where Wednesday and Pugsley are playing with the guillotine, Wednesday has a scroll in her hands, which she then rolls up. The shot changes and you can still see the rolled up scroll in her hands. However, the shot then changes again and you can now see Wednesday rolling up the already rolled up scroll!
When Dennis is in Mr. WIlson's bathroom after his bath, pouring mouthwash in his nose spray, Dennis has toothpaste all over his chin and mouth. When they show Dennis from the side, it is gone. From the front it is there again. This happens several times in the shot.
At the end of the decisive game, the bad guy hits a deep foul ball. During that hit, they show the ball against a black background. If you look very closely at the bottom of the screen, you can see a hand throwing the ball.
In a scene where Marisa Tomei visits Christian Slater at his home, she unties her scarf. A minute later, it is shown tied. Then she unties it for a second time.
When Woody Harrelson finds the book of matches from the 'Griffon' (the boat his wife stayed on with Redford), the silver kettle in the kitchen shows a reflection of the cameraman wearing a green t-shirt.
In the scene when Tina Turner is running away from Ike she has to cross a freeway. If you look closely you will see that she has on high heels then she has on sneakers as she is running across the freeway.
During the scene where the whole family is first driving into Beverly Hills, in the scene where they give the finger to say hello, the camera crew can be seen in the relection of some of the cars.
When Jack is having his Santa joyride, the army is called in to shoot him down. There is one sweeping shot of the giant cannons rising and firing at him. If you look at the bottom of the screen, you can see two small soldiers as the guns are rising, but as they fire, the soldiers blink out of existence.
While in the convenience store, watch the arcade screen the punks are playing, they are getting very excited about the game, however anyone who has played StreetFighter 2 will notice that they are merely looking at the demo version and even the words "insert coins" are displayed on the screen. Still, if it makes them happy...
When Spartan and Phoenix are fighting in the sewers, Edgar Friendly shoots his gun at Phoenix and you see the catwalk that Phoenix was on tip to its side and Phoenix dropping down to the ground with the plank of the catwalk right below him. When Phoenix lands on the ground the plank is nowhere to be seen. It should have been right below him.
In the scene where Tom Cruise is crossing over to Mud Island, you can see the reflection of the rotor blades form the helicopter that is filming on the monorail car.
During the grab and go stop Pickford, Don, Pink and Mitch are in the GTO. Pickford is the first to climb out of the car, If you look closely you can see he crew in the reflection of the door. This happens not once but twice when Don and Mitch return with the beer.
When Rudy goes to speak Coach Ara to beg him to play the only blemish on his face was a cut above his right eye. But that night when Rudy calls home the cut is now above his left eye.
After failing to catch Sassy, who went down the waterfall, Shadow and Chance are walking by the river bank. In one shot, Shadow's fur is wet, then dry, then wet again.
When Sam is making grilled cheese sandwiches with the ironing board and iron, he finishes one sandwich and places it on top of another on the side table. After Joon's explanation of cheese and culture the camera cuts back to Sam placing another finished sandwich on the side table on the same place that he placed the first but there is only one sandwich there where there should be two.
