In his cameo in this film, Tim Burton is holding something in his left hand that looks like a remote of some sort when we first see him in the background. Then the shot changes to Debbie and back to Tim, but this time he doesn't have it. Then the shot changes to Debbie again and then back to Tim, and he reaches to his far right and picks it up.
2 A League Of Their Own

After the Peaches are introduced at their first game, they run onto the field. If you watch the background carefully, Rosie O'Donnell clearly trips over a production wire.
3 The Last of the Mohicans

At the surrender of the fort, as the English are marching out, the French general removers his hat. The English Commander, Monroe, says "The fort is yours, Monsieur". Look over his shoulder. In the distant valley you can see what are either two tourist busses or perhaps mobile catering vans.
4 Newsies

As Jack Kelly rides the horse near the end of the "Santa Fe" sequence, his hat is waving behind him. When it cuts to a different angle the hat is on his head. Note: This was a specific detail put in by the director, symbolizing the boy's mental transition from New York to Santa Fe. However, it failed and is commonly seen as an editing mistake.
5 Encino Man

In the convenience store, Link weezes the juice and gets slurpee all over his shirt. He gets kicked out and leaves, but 2 seconds later he comes back in the door and says, "I'll be back". At that point he has nothing on his shirt at all and it's completely dry.
6 Dracula (1992)

When Dr Seward (Richard E Grant) goes to see Renfield on the third occasion (I think) he gets bitten on the right side of his neck, then grabs the left side and then runs off.
7 A Few Good Men

During the trial at the end, Jessup struggles with the MPs to get to Danny Kaffee. After the struggle, his tie is all out of place. In the following close-up shots, it's re-aligned, before becoming completely askew as Jessup goes to retrieve his hat.
8 Reservoir Dogs

In the torture scene, Mr Blonde turns the radio on and listens to "Stuck in the Middle with You" as he proceeds to torture the cop. Mr Orange shoots him before Mr Blonde turns the radio off, but somehow the radio is never heard again in the film.
9 Scent of a Woman

During the tango scene, the girl's earrings keep appearing and disappearing.
10 Boomerang

When Eddie Murphy is laying in bed with the woman, she is laying on her side snuggled up next to him. When he lifts up the covers to reveal her feet (and check out her toes), they are pointed straight up as if she were laying on her back.
11 Sneakers

Towards the end where they steal the chip, they are detected and about a million security guards are all running around, yet 30 seconds later, the ONLY security guard is ONE MAN with a shotgun. What happened to their big army of security guards?
12 3 Ninjas

During the part when Rocky, Colt, and Tum Tum are in their room, Tum Tum is playing Nintendo. You can see he is playing Super Mario Land 3, he beats a level and then starts singing Rocky loves Emily. When Colt says "mom's coming" Tum Tum turns off the game but its at the main menu when you first start the game. You can't go to the main menu without resetting or turning the Nintendo off and on.
13 Wayne's World

At the end of the movie when everyone is in Wayne's basement, we see Benjamin painfully walk up to Wayne's house for each ending in the dark. When the scene changes to Wayne's basement for the first ending, you can see through the basement window directly behind them that it's broad daylight. This is especially easy to see when the equipment starts to spark.
14 White Men Can't Jump

In the first scene in Woody Harrelson's flat, Rosie Perez is in bed. Her top falls down, all but showing her breast; but in the next shot, she has covered herself up, but without moving her arms.
15 Radio Flyer

In the scene where Bobby and Mike go into the comic book store, you can clearly see a Transformers comic on the shelf. But the movie is set in the late 1960's/early 1970's....and Transformers did not come out until the 1980's.
16 Unforgiven

In the final gun fight Clint Eastwood shoots the deputy in the off yellow shirt standing next to "the fat man" in the upper stomach. The deputy does not seem to notice this and keeps firing. In the next scene he appears to be shot again and falls dead, only one bullet hole is visible.
17 Dr. Giggles
votemap vote up vote down
This is toward the end of the movie. The scene where Dr. Giggles has a waiting room full of his victims. If you watch closely, you will see the blonde corpse blink her eyes.
18 Universal Soldier

When Luc Deveraux and Veronica Roberts are on the prison bus and Andrew Scott is chasing them on the truck/base of operations Andrew starts throwing hand grenades. Andrew throws one that lands inside the bus. Veronica has time to fumble around for it, pick it up, scream about it and throw it out of the window before it explodes. The rest of the grenades that Andrew throws explode in a couple of seconds like they are supposed to.
19 The Player

In the opening scene, the clock in Tim Robbins's office reads 9:05. About 5 minutes later, when he walks to the building around the corner, the clock there reads 2:25.
20 Under Siege

In one sequence (in which Ryback tries to save the drowning sailors), Ryback is running with two machine guns and kills a bunch of bad guys, including one guy with a moustache and cap who falls down a flight of stairs. After the machine guns are empty, he pulls out a pistol, slowly goes into another room and, surprise! the same guy appears, gets shot and falls down the stairs! Its obvious they ran out of guys to kill in the film, so they just ran the same film twice to look more violent.
21 Braindead

As the Thug Zombie is on top of the lawnmower and is getting hacked to bits, his body parts don't fly off. E.g. his arms would've flow out everywhere when the blade reached his shoulders, and the same goes for his head.
22 Mr. Baseball

Toward the end of the movie when the Dragons are facing the Giants for the Pennant, Hammer is up to bat and get a hit. When you see him round first base, they show a picture of the dugout, where you will find him holding a large hammer. It's tough to be at bat and on the bench.
23 Into the West

In the scene where Gabriel Byrne is dancing around the fire with the travellers, he is wearing a large leather coat. After the police come and go, he's no longer wearing the coat. In the same scene, it shifts from night to day quite quickly, too quickly to be a sunrise.
24 Of Mice and Men

After Curleys' wife dies, her body keeps changing position every time it is seen in the barn.
25 Sister Act

Toward the end of the film, the nuns convince a helicopter pilot to fly them to Reno to rescue Sr. Mary Clarence (Whoopi Goldberg). The helicopter is a Bell Long Ranger. Twelve nuns depart the aircraft in Reno. There is no way that aircraft can hold that many people in addition to the pilot. It never would have gotten off the ground in San Francisco.
26 The Cutting Edge

When Doug and Kate are doing the short programme at the Nationals and they perform the side-by-side double axels, when Kate spins, the sole of her boot is wooden. When she lands the spin, it is black plastic.
