In <a target="_blank" href="http://www.moviemistakes.com/film1085">Rocky</a>, Micky mentions to Rocky that he is 76 years old. When Micky dies in Rocky III, his tombstone says 76 years. Rocky III takes place at least 3 years after Rocky.
After we see the twins push Crater-Face into the pool, we see them a couple of scenes later after Michael reveals himself as the mystery rider and we notice that the twins are completely dry.

When the infected Palmer starts his transformation into the Thing, he has a series of fits and the creature 'falls', or leaps upward onto the ceiling. Watch closely...you can see a piece of paneling also 'fall' upward, when it should have fallen down.
When the Swamp thing goes to destroy one of the trucks chasing Cable, the trucks used are chevy blazers but the one he wrecks is a International scout.
As Gant is pulling the Firefox out of the hangar, it is still very dark, as in pre-dawn. But as the Russian officers are shown shooting and watching the Firefox take off, it is suddenly much lighter outside as if it is after dawn and the sun can even be seen. But it would have taken 30-60 minutes for the light level to change that much.
When the Aggies are in the locker room after the football game, they are all getting undressed and showering. This is happening right after the game yet none of them have a spot of dirt on their nice white uniform pants.
The sequence in which Dragon is chasing Mrs. Brisby through the field, up the tree and eventually into the mill's lake, watch his eyes. The original placement is (from viewer's perspective) blue on the right and gold on the left. When he chases her up the tree the gold one is visible on the right, it then switches back when the camera cuts back to a wide shot. This happens again a few seconds later near the lake.
In the scene when Alan and Lora go to see Kevin Flynn at his game room they find him playing his videogame 'Space Paranoids'. After he finishes playing, he turns around to talk with Alan and Lora. As they are speaking you can see the microphone coming up from the bottom of the screen. It even hits Kevin Flynn in the hand.
In the kitchen scene when Steve Guttenberg has asked his mom to make him breakfast she chases him around the kitchen with a knife. First the blade is down in her hand, then up, then down again.
There is a long scene wherein Meryl Streep is sitting in a bay window going on about something. When we first see her, her eyes are brown. Moments later, they are blue. At the end of the scene they are brown again.
Right after Ellie was kidnapped, Dr. Challis runs to a pay phone and dials the Operator to get help, and begins to state, "Operator." and gets a recording. Not only does he get a recording (which would be impossible in the real world), but the recording itself states, "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again, or, call your local operator." Problem is - he was dialing the operator.
During the intro scenes, eight ninja run the parcour. When they scale the wall with their hand-claws, there are suddenly just six, and when they run down the steps in the forest, they suddenly number eight again.
Closeau is at his desk preparing to light his pipe. The Pipe is in his mouth as he lights the match, the camera angle changes and now it is out of his mouth in his left hand as the camera zooms in, he puts it back in his mouth to light.
In the scene where Chuck finds Bill in the morgue vault listening to the recording of Chuck telling him to shut up, take note of Bill's thumb on the rewind button of the tape recorder. You can hear the tape recorder rewinding to replay the words, "Chuck to remind Bill to SHUT UP" multiple times but Bill's thumb does not move at all until he turns the recorder off.
