In the final scene on the bridge, Spock and McCoy are wearing colored arm bands which identify their departments: Spock's is orange (for Science) and McCoy's is green (for Medical). In the very last shot, Spock is wearing the green band and McCoy is wearing the orange one.
At the subway when Mercy and Fox were running down the stairs from the cops, they showed a back shot of Mercy and it was clearly another woman. Her hair was about shoulder length and straight. Mercy's hair is longer, and curly.
At the end of the scene with the ex-leper you see Brian's mother open the door to their house twice; first in the background of a wide shot, then in a closer shot.
When Apollo Creed is approaching the ring for the rematch at the end of the film, his robe starts off done-up, next shot shows it undone and the towel around his neck loose, and then in the last shot it's back to being neat again with the robe done up. In the beginning, when Mike and Jody raise the hood on the car, Jody's hand holding on to the hood alternates between his right and left hand over three shots.
After having wrestled with Santini in his office, Col. Virgil Hedgepath tells Santini, "And no more assaulting corporals in the latrine." Marines use the naval term "head" in refering to the restroom, and would never call it "the latrine." However, since "latrine" is better known to civilians, this could be a deliberate mistake by the film makers.
When Godell takes over the control room, his colleagues are out in the plant trying to shut it down. In actuality, anyone, especially a trained operator, can do this easily from virtually anywhere in the plant.
At the end, when the inspector is stabbed by one of the murderers, he falls back into a sturdy looking fence that breaks apart. As he is lying there, you can see the pre-cuts on the wood so that the fence would break cleanly in a specific spot.
In the scene when the aeroplanes have the dogfight, the German plane is in fact a Spitfire and the two British planes are in fact two Messerschmidt 109's. In the making of the film in Spain, they needed one German and two British planes for the scene, so the only way they could do it was to put British markings on the two Spanish Airforce Me 109's, which they had more of than Spitfires.
The Black Stallion was played by a horse with white markings; it's occasionally possible to see them under the black dye, especially during the desert scenes.

There is an error in the scene where Dave is drafting behind the Cinzano truck. In the second close up shot of his legs (cranks) pedaling the bike he is in a lower (easier) gear than the previous shot even though he is supposed to be riding significantly faster.
